Damage gets the headlines, but the Pals that keep you alive, buff your team, and double your loot are the ones that quietly carry a playthrough. These are the best support Pals in the game with their exact numbers — every value below scales with the Pal's partner skill rank, from Rank 1 up to Rank 5.

## The Healers

Activated heals restore a percentage of Health to you and your whole party — and the numbers are huge:

| Pal | Heal | Notes |
| --- | --- | --- |
| [Lyleen Noct](https://palworld-db.com/pal/lyleen-noct) | 85–95% | The best heal in the game — spawns wild on the World Tree, plus a night-only alpha |
| [Lyleen](https://palworld-db.com/pal/lyleen) | 80–90% | Nearly as strong and far easier to get |
| [Petallia Ignis](https://palworld-db.com/pal/petallia-ignis) | 80–90% | Matches base Lyleen's numbers |
| [Petallia](https://palworld-db.com/pal/petallia) | 75–85% | The budget healer that still erases boss damage |

Prefer passive sustain? [Felbat](https://palworld-db.com/pal/felbat) and [Lovander](https://palworld-db.com/pal/lovander) instead grant you life steal while fighting together — 5% of damage dealt at Rank 1, 9% at Rank 5.

## The Biggest Attack Buff in the Game

[Solenne](https://palworld-db.com/pal/solenne) increases the **player's** Attack by 30% at Rank 1 — and a massive **80% at Rank 5** — as long as every Pal in your party is a different species. That's an easy condition to meet and it turns your own weapons into the hardest-hitting thing on the field. Pair it with an attack-element converter from the [element conversion guide](https://palworld-db.com/guides/pals-that-change-attack-element) and you're doing boss-melting damage on foot.

## Element Attack Buffers (+15–30%)

One cheap Pal per element boosts the Attack of every party Pal sharing its element — 15% at Rank 1, 30% at Rank 5. Most are early-game catches, which makes them the best value slots in any mono-element team:

| Element | Pal |
| --- | --- |
| Fire | [Kelpsea Ignis](https://palworld-db.com/pal/kelpsea-ignis) |
| Water | [Kelpsea](https://palworld-db.com/pal/kelpsea) |
| Electric | [Sparkit](https://palworld-db.com/pal/sparkit) |
| Ice | [Foxcicle](https://palworld-db.com/pal/foxcicle) |
| Grass | [Bristla](https://palworld-db.com/pal/bristla) |
| Ground | [Dumud](https://palworld-db.com/pal/dumud) |
| Dark | [Hoocrates](https://palworld-db.com/pal/hoocrates) |
| Dragon | [Quivern](https://palworld-db.com/pal/quivern) |
| Neutral | [Ribbuny](https://palworld-db.com/pal/ribbuny) or [Cremis](https://palworld-db.com/pal/cremis) |

## Element Defense Buffers (+15–30%)

It's the same clean pattern as the attack roster — one buffer per element, same 15-to-30% scaling — but skewed toward subspecies, so a few of these take real hunting. Rooby and Dinossom are the easy early grabs; Gloopie Primo and Sibelyx Primo are late-game variant catches you add when a mono-element defense core starts mattering in raids.

The defensive mirror of the same system — each boosts the Defense of party Pals sharing its element by 15–30%:

| Element | Pal |
| --- | --- |
| Fire | [Rooby](https://palworld-db.com/pal/rooby) |
| Water | [Gloopie Primo](https://palworld-db.com/pal/gloopie-primo) |
| Electric | [Dinossom Lux](https://palworld-db.com/pal/dinossom-lux) |
| Ice | [Rayhound Cryst](https://palworld-db.com/pal/rayhound-cryst) |
| Grass | [Nitemary Botan](https://palworld-db.com/pal/nitemary-botan) |
| Ground | [Kikit](https://palworld-db.com/pal/kikit) |
| Dark | [Wistella](https://palworld-db.com/pal/wistella) |
| Dragon | [Dinossom](https://palworld-db.com/pal/dinossom) |
| Neutral | [Sibelyx Primo](https://palworld-db.com/pal/sibelyx-primo) |

## The Drop Rate Crew (+40–80% More Loot)

These Pals make defeated Pals of a specific element drop 40% more items at Rank 1 — **80% more at Rank 5**. Bring the right one to your farming route and every organ, ingot, and fragment run nearly doubles:

| Farming This Element | Bring | Rank 5 Bonus |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Fire | [Penking](https://palworld-db.com/pal/penking) or [Faleris Aqua](https://palworld-db.com/pal/faleris-aqua) | +80% drops |
| Water | [Fenglope Lux](https://palworld-db.com/pal/fenglope-lux) | +80% drops |
| Electric | [Menasting](https://palworld-db.com/pal/menasting) or [Menasting Terra](https://palworld-db.com/pal/menasting-terra) | +80% drops |
| Ice | [Faleris](https://palworld-db.com/pal/faleris) or [Cryolinx](https://palworld-db.com/pal/cryolinx) | +80% drops |
| Grass | [Blazehowl](https://palworld-db.com/pal/blazehowl) | +80% drops |
| Ground | [Vaelet](https://palworld-db.com/pal/vaelet) | +80% drops |
| Dark | [Elphidran](https://palworld-db.com/pal/elphidran) | +80% drops |
| Neutral | [Blazehowl Noct](https://palworld-db.com/pal/blazehowl-noct) or [Katress](https://palworld-db.com/pal/katress) | +80% drops |

Dragon is the one element without a drop booster, so dragon-part farming stays honest work. For what each Pal actually drops, check the [item database](https://palworld-db.com/items) or any Pal's own page.

> **Tip.** The farming combo that pays for itself: a drop booster in the party, a [strong mount](https://palworld-db.com/guides/best-partner-skills) to chain kills, and a route through spawns of the matching element on the [interactive map](https://palworld-db.com/map). Flame Organ runs with Penking come back with nearly double the haul.
