# Hallowed Plate Mail Schematic Location and Stats

Where the Legendary Hallowed Plate Mail schematic drops in Palworld — the Yakushima treasure chest pool that is its only source, the 200 defence stat card with no technology level attached, the 20 Hallowed Bar craft that makes it the cheapest 200-defence body in the game, and the 625-schematic combining ladder.

**Hallowed Plate Mail** is the body armor of the Tides of Terraria set, it carries **200 defence and 650 HP**, and it is the only body armor in Palworld built from a single material — 20 [Hallowed Bar](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaIngot001) and nothing else. It also has no technology level at all, which changes how you get it: there is no research node to buy, so even the plain version is schematic-only, and the Legendary sits four combining steps above that. This guide has the stat card, the one chest pool that carries all five tiers, the craft, the Drafting Table maths, and what the Legendary version is actually worth wearing.

## Hallowed Plate Mail Stats

The headline is **200 defence for 40,000 work**, and that second number is the one nobody expects. Read defence against other body armor rather than against any weapon's attack, and this suit lands between [Refined Metal Armor](https://palworld-db.com/item/IronArmor) at 150 and [Pal Metal Armor](https://palworld-db.com/item/StealArmor) at 220 — respectable mid-game numbers. But Pal Metal costs 150,000 work to build and 20 Pal Metal Ingot on top of leather and cloth, while this is one material and under a third of the bench time. The passive line is where it earns its name: **Heat 1 and Cold 1 like the plain metal bodies, plus a damage cut against Tides of Terraria monsters** that nothing else in the armor tree offers.

| Stat | Hallowed Plate Mail |
| --- | --- |
| Slot | Body armor |
| Defence | **200** |
| HP bonus | **650** |
| Durability | 4,500 |
| Weight | 37 |
| Passives | Heat 1 · Cold 1 · **cuts damage from Tides of Terraria monsters** |
| Technology level | **None** — there is no research node for it |
| Crafting station | Production Assembly Line (Tech Lv 29, 3 Technology Points) |
| Crafting work | **40,000** — the cheapest of any 200+ defence body |
| Materials | **20 [Hallowed Bar](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaIngot001)**, and nothing else |
| Legendary schematic | [Hallowed Plate Mail Schematic 4](https://palworld-db.com/item/Blueprint_YakushimaArmor001_5) |
| Item value | **7,200 Gold** |

Two rows are worth staring at. The **40,000 work** is a quarter of what Pal Metal Armor asks and a fifth of what the heat and cold Pal Metal suits ask, and no other body armor at 200 defence or above comes in under 150,000. The **7,200 Gold** value tells the same story from the other side — Pal Metal Armor is worth 41,140 and [Plasteel Armor](https://palworld-db.com/item/PlasticArmor) 151,560, because the game prices armor off what goes into it, and a single-material recipe has almost nothing in it to price. Durability is the trade: 4,500 is thin next to Pal Metal's 5,000 and Plasteel's 18,000, so this is a suit you rebuild rather than repair. At 20 bars a rebuild, that is fine.

## Where the Legendary Schematic Drops

The short version: **one source, and it is not a boss.** Every tier of this schematic — including the plain one — comes out of **treasure chests in the Yakushima area**, the Tides of Terraria zone. No Pal drops it, no supply drop region stocks it, no merchant sells it, and no expedition pays it. That makes the routing decision unusually simple and unusually blunt: if you are not looting Yakushima, you are not getting this armor at any rarity.

| Schematic | Crafts | Yakushima treasure chests | Pal drop | Supply drops | Merchants |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [Hallowed Plate Mail Schematic](https://palworld-db.com/item/Blueprint_YakushimaArmor001) | Common | **Yes** | — | — | — |
| [Schematic 1](https://palworld-db.com/item/Blueprint_YakushimaArmor001_2) | Uncommon | **Yes** | — | — | — |
| [Schematic 2](https://palworld-db.com/item/Blueprint_YakushimaArmor001_3) | Rare | **Yes** | — | — | — |
| [Schematic 3](https://palworld-db.com/item/Blueprint_YakushimaArmor001_4) | Epic | **Yes** | — | — | — |
| [Schematic 4](https://palworld-db.com/item/Blueprint_YakushimaArmor001_5) | **Legendary** | **Yes** | — | — | — |

Compare that with the rest of the armor tree and the difference is stark. The Pal Metal and Refined Metal lines each have an Alpha handing out their Legendary at a flat 3%, so you can grind a fight until it pays; here there is no fight to grind and no percentage to camp. What you get instead is that **the Common tier is in the same pool as the Legendary**, which almost never happens — on tech-tree armor the plain version is a research node and the chest pool only carries the four upgrades. It means every Yakushima chest run is progress toward wearing this suit, whichever tier falls out. One looting note: every schematic in the game sits in your bag as the same rolled scroll, so the rarity border is the only tell between those five, which is why this page shows the armor and its material wherever it can.

### The Yakushima Treasure Chest Pool

That pool is small, and small is good news when you are hunting one specific entry. **41 things can come out of a Yakushima treasure chest**, and 30 of those 41 are schematics — five tiers each for the Plate Mail, the four Hallowed helmets and [Excalibur](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade004). The other eleven are consumables and currency. Pocketpair has never published the roll weights, so treat the count as the shape of the pool rather than a percentage, but a pool where three quarters of the entries are the gear you came for is a far better place to spend an hour than a shared endgame crate that also has to hand out weapons, accessories and materials.

| What is in the pool | Entries | Notes |
| --- | --- | --- |
| [Hallowed Plate Mail](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaArmor001) schematics | **5** | Common through Legendary — the only source of any of them |
| [Hallowed Mask](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaHeadEquip001) schematics | 5 | Melee helmet |
| [Hallowed Headgear](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaHeadEquip002) schematics | 5 | Magic helmet |
| [Hallowed Helmet](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaHeadEquip003) schematics | 5 | Ranged helmet |
| [Hallowed Hood](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaHeadEquip004) schematics | 5 | Summon helmet |
| [Excalibur](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade004) schematics | 5 | 360 attack sword, 30 bars to build |
| [Hallowed Bar](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaIngot001) | 1 | **4-10 per roll** — the material every one of the above needs |
| [Hyper Sphere](https://palworld-db.com/item/PalSphere_Tera) · [Giga Sphere](https://palworld-db.com/item/PalSphere_Giga) | 2 | Capture stock |
| [Training Manual (XL)](https://palworld-db.com/item/ExpBoost_04) · [Training Manual (L)](https://palworld-db.com/item/ExpBoost_03) | 2 | Levelling |
| [Medium Pal Soul](https://palworld-db.com/item/PalUpgradeStone2) · [Silver Key](https://palworld-db.com/item/TreasureBoxKey02) | 2 | Ranking Pals up, opening locked chests |
| [Recovery Meds](https://palworld-db.com/item/Potion) · [Medical Supplies](https://palworld-db.com/item/Medicines) · [Coarse Ammo](https://palworld-db.com/item/RoughBullet) · [Gold Coin](https://palworld-db.com/item/Money) | 4 | Filler |

The row that changes your route is the **Hallowed Bar** one. The same chests that roll the schematic also roll 4-10 bars, and the suit costs 20 — so a chest run is farming the paper and the metal at the same time, which is not true of a single other armor line in the game. Everything else on the list is ordinary mid-game stock you will burn anyway. Our map carries the **Yakushima entrance pin**; the chests themselves sit inside, so there is no pin list to follow once you are through — [open the map on the Yakushima entrance](https://palworld-db.com/map?layers=dungeon_yakushima) and work the interior.

### The Other Yakushima Pool Does Not Have It

This is the mistake to avoid, because Yakushima has **two separate loot pools and they do not overlap on gear at all**. The deeper cavern-grade chests carry 67 entries, and none of them is armor — they hold the four heavy Terraria weapons, the [Celestial Sigil](https://palworld-db.com/item/PalSummon_YakushimaBoss002) that summons the raid, a wall of skill fruit cards and work suitability tickets, and **20-40 Hallowed Bar a roll**. If you want the Plate Mail schematic, the deep chests will never give it to you no matter how many you open.

| Pool | Entries | Armor schematics | Weapon schematics | Hallowed Bar |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Yakushima **treasure** chests | 41 | **All five Plate Mail tiers + all four helmets** | [Excalibur](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade004) | 4-10 |
| Yakushima **cavern-grade** chests | 67 | **None** | [Terra Blade](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade002) · [Terraprisma](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade003) · [Vortex Beater](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaGun001) · [Nightglow](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaLantern001) | **20-40** |

So run both, for different reasons. **Treasure chests are the armor run** and the only one that matters for this guide. **Cavern chests are the metal run** — four to ten times the bars per roll, plus the [Terra Blade](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade002) at 425 attack and the [Vortex Beater](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaGun001) at 300, which are the best things the collab set gives you to fight with. The practical order is to open deep chests until you are sitting on a few hundred bars, then spend your time on treasure chests knowing that whatever tier drops, you can build it the moment it lands.

## Can You Even Craft It Yet?

Shorter checklist than any other armor on the site, because there is no research chain underneath it. **The armor itself has no technology level**, no Technology Point cost and no prerequisite node — the schematic in your bag is the unlock. The only thing you actually need is the bench it is built on, and that lands at Technology Lv 29, which is roughly seventeen levels before Pal Metal Armor and twenty-two before Plasteel.

| Requirement | Unlocks at | Why you need it |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Production Assembly Line | **Tech Lv 29**, 3 points | The bench the armor is built on — 100 [Ingot](https://palworld-db.com/item/CopperIngot) + 5 [Wooden Board](https://palworld-db.com/item/Processed_Wood) + 20 [Nail](https://palworld-db.com/item/MachineParts) + 10 [Cement](https://palworld-db.com/item/Cement), and it needs power |
| A Handiwork Pal on the bench | — | The Production Assembly Line will not run without one |
| [Hallowed Plate Mail Schematic](https://palworld-db.com/item/Blueprint_YakushimaArmor001) | **No tech level** | The unlock itself — even the Common version needs it |
| **20 [Hallowed Bar](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaIngot001)** | — | Chest loot only — not craftable, not smeltable, not sold |
| Drafting Table | Tech Lv 45, 4 points | Optional — combining schematics upward |

That short list is the whole argument for this suit. **A Legendary tech-tree armor asks you to climb a furnace chain before the schematic is worth anything** — the Hexolite line needs a 1,500-power Gigantic Furnace, the Plasteel line an Electric Furnace, and both want hundreds of smelted units per suit. Here, if you can place a Production Assembly Line and you have 20 bars, you are done. The Drafting Table is the only optional row, and the next section explains why you should think hard before leaning on it. The full tree is on the [Palworld technology page](https://palworld-db.com/tech), and [the best research to rush](https://palworld-db.com/guides/best-research-to-rush) covers the order to buy nodes in.

## How to Craft Hallowed Plate Mail

One line on the **Production Assembly Line** for 40,000 work. There is no sub-recipe, no smelting step and no secondary material — [Hallowed Bar](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaIngot001) cannot be crafted, cannot be smelted from ore and is not sold by any merchant, so the entire cost of this armor is chest loot. Twenty bars per suit, and a full Hallowed set — the body plus one helmet — is forty.

| Material | Qty | Where it comes from |
| --- | --- | --- |
| [Hallowed Bar](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaIngot001) | **20** | Yakushima cavern chests at **20-40** a roll · Yakushima treasure chests at 4-10 — **no other source in the game** |

Because one material is the whole recipe, the maths for the rest of the set is trivial and worth planning in one go. A helmet is 20 bars, [Excalibur](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade004) is 30, and the four heavy weapons are 40 each. **The whole Hallowed armor set — the Plate Mail and all four helmets — is 100 bars**, which is the same number the [Celestial Sigil](https://palworld-db.com/item/PalSummon_YakushimaBoss002) costs on its own. Two or three good cavern chests cover a full suit, so bank the metal on your deep-chest runs and the armor stops being a farming problem entirely.

## Combining at the Drafting Table

The **Drafting Table** unlocks at Technology Lv 45 for 4 Technology Points and turns **five identical schematics into one of the next rarity up**, at 1,000 work a combine. On most armor lines that is a reasonable backup plan. On this one it is close to a trap, and the reason is the extra rung: because the Common version is a schematic here rather than a research node, the ladder starts one step lower than every tech-tree armor, and each rung multiplies by five.

| Target | Combine cost | Equivalent in base schematics | Combines needed |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [Schematic 1 (Uncommon)](https://palworld-db.com/item/Blueprint_YakushimaArmor001_2) | 5× [Hallowed Plate Mail Schematic](https://palworld-db.com/item/Blueprint_YakushimaArmor001) | 5 | 1 |
| [Schematic 2 (Rare)](https://palworld-db.com/item/Blueprint_YakushimaArmor001_3) | 5× [Schematic 1](https://palworld-db.com/item/Blueprint_YakushimaArmor001_2) | 25 | 6 |
| [Schematic 3 (Epic)](https://palworld-db.com/item/Blueprint_YakushimaArmor001_4) | 5× [Schematic 2](https://palworld-db.com/item/Blueprint_YakushimaArmor001_3) | 125 | 31 |
| [Schematic 4 (Legendary)](https://palworld-db.com/item/Blueprint_YakushimaArmor001_5) | 5× [Schematic 3](https://palworld-db.com/item/Blueprint_YakushimaArmor001_4) | **625** | **156** |

**625 base schematics and 156 trips to the table** is not a plan, it is a punishment — and it is five times worse than the equivalent climb on a tech-tree suit, where the Common is free from research and the ladder tops out at 125. Combine on this line only to close a last gap: three Epics in the bag and a fourth Epic on the way is worth spending, walking the whole ladder is not. The saving grace is that the chest pool drops **every tier including the Legendary**, so the top rarity has a direct route that does not go through the table at all. [The schematic upgrade guide](https://palworld-db.com/guides/how-to-upgrade-schematics) has the full combining rules, and the table itself costs 20 [Refined Ingot](https://palworld-db.com/item/IronIngot), 10 [High Quality Wooden Board](https://palworld-db.com/item/HighGrade_Processed_Wood) and 30 [Charcoal](https://palworld-db.com/item/Charcoal).

> **Tip.** Build the Common the day the first schematic drops. **200 defence with Heat 1 and Cold 1 for 20 bars and 40,000 work is better than anything you can research until Technology Lv 46**, and the Tides of Terraria damage cut is identical at every rarity — rarity only moves defence, HP and durability. Wearing a Common suit tonight beats holding out for a border colour, especially since 4,500 durability means you will be rebuilding it anyway.

## What the Legendary Version Actually Gains

Rarity lifts the crafted armor's numbers, and three body-armor families — Metal, Refined Metal and Pal Metal — have all five of their rarity steps laid out in the game to be read directly. All three move identically: **defence and HP at ×1.3, ×1.4, ×1.5 and ×1.6 of base**, the primary metal at ×1.25, ×1.5, ×1.75 and ×2, and the work at ×4, ×8, ×16 and ×32. Pocketpair has never published the multipliers for the Hallowed line, so run that same curve through 200 defence, 650 HP, 20 bars and 40,000 work and read the table as close estimates rather than measured figures.

| Rarity | Defence (est.) | HP (est.) | Hallowed Bar (est.) | Work (est.) |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Common | **200** | **650** | **20** | **40,000** |
| Uncommon | ~260 | ~845 | ~25 | ~160,000 |
| Rare | ~280 | ~910 | ~30 | ~320,000 |
| Epic | ~300 | ~975 | ~35 | ~640,000 |
| **Legendary** | **~320** | **~1,040** | **~40** | **~1,280,000** |

**200 defence, 650 HP, 20 bars and 40,000 work are the only certain numbers in that table.** The shape still tells you what you need to know: a Legendary Hallowed Plate Mail would land around **320 defence**, which is a little under a Legendary [Pal Metal Armor](https://palworld-db.com/item/StealArmor) at a measured 352 and comfortably under a plain [Plasteel Armor](https://palworld-db.com/item/PlasticArmor) at 385. So this is not an endgame stat piece and combining toward it for raw defence is the wrong reason. What does survive at every rarity is the material cost — even a Legendary looks like roughly 40 bars, which two cavern chests cover — and the Tides of Terraria damage cut, which does not scale with rarity at all. Durability climbs steeply as well; the three measured families multiply it by between 4.3× and 5.2× at Legendary, so expect somewhere in the region of 19,000 to 23,000 from a 4,500 base.

## How It Compares to the Tech-Tree Ladder

Placed against the research-tree bodies, Hallowed Plate Mail is a **value pick, not a power pick**. It slots between Refined Metal and Pal Metal on defence while costing less work than either, less Gold value than any of them, and one material instead of three or four. Where it gives ground is durability and temperature: Heat 1 and Cold 1 are the base ratings, so it will not carry you through Mount Obsidian or the Astral Mountains the way a heat or cold variant does.

| Body armor | Tech | Defence | HP | Durability | Work | Materials | Value |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [Refined Metal Armor](https://palworld-db.com/item/IronArmor) | 37 | 150 | 500 | 1,500 | 50,000 | 3 kinds | 32,690 |
| [Heat Resistant Refined Metal Armor](https://palworld-db.com/item/IronArmorHeat) | 40 | 180 | 500 | 3,000 | 70,000 | 4 kinds | 50,020 |
| [Cold Resistant Refined Metal Armor](https://palworld-db.com/item/IronArmorCold) | 41 | 180 | 500 | 3,000 | 70,000 | 4 kinds | 49,150 |
| [Hallowed Plate Mail](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaArmor001) | **None** | **200** | **650** | 4,500 | **40,000** | **1 kind** | **7,200** |
| [Pal Metal Armor](https://palworld-db.com/item/StealArmor) | 46 | 220 | 750 | 5,000 | 150,000 | 3 kinds | 41,140 |
| [Heat Resistant Pal Metal Armor](https://palworld-db.com/item/StealArmorHeat) | 48 | 250 | 750 | **10,000** | 200,000 | 4 kinds | 67,460 |
| [Cold Resistant Pal Metal Armor](https://palworld-db.com/item/StealArmorCold) | 50 | 250 | 750 | **10,000** | 200,000 | 4 kinds | 66,020 |
| [Plasteel Armor](https://palworld-db.com/item/PlasticArmor) | 51 | **385** | **1,300** | **18,000** | 300,000 | 4 kinds | 151,560 |

Read the work column next to the defence column and the case makes itself: **nothing else in the body slot reaches 200 defence for under 150,000 work**, and this does it for 40,000. If you have found the schematic before Technology Lv 46, wear it and skip Pal Metal entirely — you save the research points, the leather and the cloth, and you land 30 defence short of a suit twenty levels of grinding away. Once [Plasteel Armor](https://palworld-db.com/item/PlasticArmor) is in reach at Tech Lv 51 the comparison ends; 385 defence and 18,000 durability is a different weight class, and no rarity of Hallowed catches it. The full side-by-side for every piece is on [the Palworld armor database](https://palworld-db.com/armor), and [the best armor at every tech level](https://palworld-db.com/guides/best-armor-by-tech-level) lays out the upgrade path.

## Pair It With a Hallowed Helmet

The Plate Mail is the only body in the Hallowed set, and the four helmets are where the set actually specialises. All four share **140 defence, 320 HP, 4,500 durability and a 20-bar recipe** — identical in every measurable way — and each one boosts the damage of exactly one weapon family from the collab. So the helmet is not a stat decision at all; it is a decision about which Terraria weapon you intend to swing, and the body armor underneath stays the same whichever you pick.

| Helmet | Boosts | Weapon it powers | Weapon attack | Bars |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [Hallowed Mask](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaHeadEquip001) | Melee | [Terra Blade](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade002) · [Excalibur](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade004) · [Meowmere](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade) · [Legendary Meowmere](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade005) | **425** · 360 · 200 · 222 | 20 |
| [Hallowed Helmet](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaHeadEquip003) | Ranged | [Vortex Beater](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaGun001) | 300 | 20 |
| [Hallowed Hood](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaHeadEquip004) | Summon | [Terraprisma](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade003) | 90 (summons nine blades) | 20 |
| [Hallowed Headgear](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaHeadEquip002) | Magic | [Nightglow](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaLantern001) | 50 (homing projectiles) | 20 |

**The Mask covers four weapons and the other three cover one each**, which makes it the default pick if you are only ever going to build one helmet. Compare the attack numbers only against other melee weapons, not against the gun — a sword's 425 and a rifle's figure are not the same measurement. The [Terraprisma](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade003) and [Nightglow](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaLantern001) read low on raw attack because neither is swung: one summons up to nine blades to fight for you and the other fires homing light, so their damage arrives over time rather than per hit. Note the split in sourcing too — the Mask and the other three helmets come from the same treasure chests as this armor, but the Terra Blade, Terraprisma, Vortex Beater and Nightglow schematics are cavern-chest only, so the helmet usually arrives long before the weapon it boosts.

## What Else Hallowed Bar Buys

Before you spend a chest run's worth of metal on a second suit, look at what else the same 20 bars can become. **Fourteen things in the game are built from Hallowed Bar**, and the two at the top of the list are the reason to bank rather than spend — the [Celestial Sigil](https://palworld-db.com/item/PalSummon_YakushimaBoss002) and the Moon Lord Statue both cost 100 bars each, which is five suits of armor apiece.

| What it builds | Hallowed Bar | What you get |
| --- | --- | --- |
| [Celestial Sigil](https://palworld-db.com/item/PalSummon_YakushimaBoss002) | **100** | Offered at a Summoning Altar to call the raid boss |
| Moon Lord Statue | **100** | Furniture — built from the [Moon Lord Statue Schematic](https://palworld-db.com/item/Blueprint_YakushimaBoss002_Relic) |
| [Terra Blade](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade002) | 40 (+20 [Pal Metal Ingot](https://palworld-db.com/item/StealIngot)) | 425 attack melee, 757 durability |
| [Vortex Beater](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaGun001) | 40 (+20 [Pal Metal Ingot](https://palworld-db.com/item/StealIngot) +5 [Electric Organ](https://palworld-db.com/item/ElectricOrgan)) | 300 attack, homing missiles |
| [Terraprisma](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade003) | 40 (+20 [Pal Metal Ingot](https://palworld-db.com/item/StealIngot) +3 [Ancient Civilization Parts](https://palworld-db.com/item/PalCrystal_Ex)) | Summons up to nine blades |
| [Nightglow](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaLantern001) | 40 (+20 [Pal Metal Ingot](https://palworld-db.com/item/StealIngot) +3 [Ancient Civilization Parts](https://palworld-db.com/item/PalCrystal_Ex)) | Homing light projectiles |
| [Excalibur](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade004) | 30 | 360 attack melee, shockwaves on swing |
| [Legendary Meowmere](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade005) | 22 (+22 [Paldium Fragment](https://palworld-db.com/item/Pal_crystal_S) +22 [Coal](https://palworld-db.com/item/Coal)) | 222 attack, 22,222 durability |
| [Hallowed Plate Mail](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaArmor001) | **20** | 200 defence body armor |
| Any Hallowed helmet | 20 | 140 defence, one damage boost |
| [Moon Lord Mask](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaHeadEquip005) · [Eye of Cthulhu Mask](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaHeadEquip006) | 1 each | Cosmetic heads at 350 defence and 20,000 durability |

Two rows on that list are quietly excellent value. The **Moon Lord Mask and Eye of Cthulhu Mask cost one bar each** and carry 350 defence with 20,000 durability — more head defence and four times the durability of a 20-bar Hallowed helmet, though they carry no damage boost at all, so they are the pick when you are not using a collab weapon. And the [Legendary Meowmere](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade005)'s 22,222 durability against Excalibur's 600 is the largest gap of its kind in the set. Bank a few hundred bars from cavern runs before you commit any of it, because the summoning stone at 100 is what actually gates the rest of the collab content.

## The Short Answer

No Pal drops it, no supply drop stocks it, no merchant sells it. **All five tiers of the Hallowed Plate Mail schematic — Common through Legendary — come out of treasure chests in the Yakushima area and nowhere else**, in a pool of 41 entries where 30 are collab schematics. Combining is a fallback rather than a plan here: because the Common is a schematic instead of a research node, a Legendary is **625 base schematics and 156 trips to the Drafting Table**, five times the climb of a tech-tree suit. Build the Common the moment one drops — the only thing you need is a Production Assembly Line at [Technology Lv 29](https://palworld-db.com/tech) and **20 [Hallowed Bar](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaIngot001)**, which the deeper Yakushima cavern chests pay out 20-40 at a time. You get **200 defence and 650 HP for 40,000 work**, the cheapest 200-defence body in the game by a factor of nearly four, with Heat 1, Cold 1 and a damage cut against Tides of Terraria monsters that is identical at every rarity. A Legendary would land near an estimated 320 defence — worth having, not worth grinding 625 scrolls for, and firmly behind [Plasteel Armor](https://palworld-db.com/item/PlasticArmor) once Technology Lv 51 arrives.
