The Feybreak Flag Set is the raider faction's banner pair, and it lands on the technology tree at player **Level 60** for a single Technology Point. Getting the node is trivial; getting to Level 60 is not, and neither is the 40 [High Quality Cloth](https://palworld-db.com/item/Cloth2) the two pieces want between them. This guide covers the unlock, both pieces with their exact build costs, where the wool and metal come from, and how the set compares to the other seven faction flags.

## Feybreak Flag Set at a Glance

The node hands you both structures the instant you buy it — no schematic drops, no boss kill, no quest chain, which is more than the Rayne Syndicate and Free Pal Alliance sets can say. ## How to Unlock the Feybreak Flag Set

Reach player **Level 60**, open the [Palworld technology tree](https://palworld-db.com/tech), and buy the Feybreak Flag Set node for **1 Technology Point**. There is no prerequisite node above it and no boss gate — the level is the entire requirement. That level is a wall, though: hitting 60 takes just under **100 million total EXP**, which is more than six times what it costs to reach Level 50 and roughly two and a half times Level 55. Once you are there, the flag node is the bargain of the level. Level 60 asks for **26 points across seven technologies**, and the flag set is the only single-point entry on it — everything else wants three to five, with the Advanced Shield and Hexolite Helmet both at five. Buy the flags first: one point is nothing, and you will have the cloth ready long before you have the points for the armour tier anyway.

### Feybreak Flag

The Flag is the planted pole, and it is the heavier of the two: 20 [Refined Ingot](https://palworld-db.com/item/IronIngot), 10 [Fiber](https://palworld-db.com/item/Fiber) and 20 [High Quality Cloth](https://palworld-db.com/item/Cloth2). Build this one first if your cloth is tight — a pole stuck in the ground reads as a claimed base from across a valley, while a wall banner only registers once someone is already inside. It files under Furniture in the build menu, not Defenses, so do not expect it to do anything to a raid.

### Feybreak Banner

The Banner is the hanging cloth for walls and gateways and halves the metal at 10 [Refined Ingot](https://palworld-db.com/item/IronIngot), 10 [Fiber](https://palworld-db.com/item/Fiber) and 20 [High Quality Cloth](https://palworld-db.com/item/Cloth2). Note what does **not** drop: the cloth stays at 20 on both pieces, which is why the set's bill is so lopsided towards wool. This is the piece you will place four or five copies of once you start decorating properly, and every extra copy is another 200 [Wool](https://palworld-db.com/item/Wool) through the loom.

One naming quirk worth knowing if you are hunting for these in the build menu: six of the eight factions call their pieces a *Standard* and a *Vertical Banner*. Feybreak and the Azure Covenant are the two exceptions — theirs are just *Flag* and *Banner*, so searching for "Feybreak Standard" will find you nothing.

## What the Full Set Costs

The metal is a short furnace run and the fiber is 10 [Wood](https://palworld-db.com/item/Wood). Wool is the entire job; treat everything else as rounding.

### Where the 400 Wool Comes From

Three Pals make Wool on a [Ranch](https://palworld-db.com/ranch), and that is the only way to get it without killing something. [Lamball](https://palworld-db.com/pal/lamball) is the one to build the pen around — it needs only rank 1 Ranching and has the widest spread of spawn points of the three, so replacing one is never a trip. [Melpaca](https://palworld-db.com/pal/melpaca) and [Cremis](https://palworld-db.com/pal/cremis) both sit at rank 2 and slot in beside it happily. Set a mixed ranch running and the 400 assembles itself while you are doing something else.

If you want it today rather than overnight, hunting is faster. [Sweepa](https://palworld-db.com/pal/sweepa) gives 3-5 per kill, the best rate among Pals that actually spawn in the world, though it has under a third of Lamball's spawn points so you will be flying between clusters. [Kingpaca](https://palworld-db.com/pal/kingpaca) pays a flat 5 but never spawns naturally — that is a breeding project, not a farm route.

Leather is the easy half of the recipe. **78 Pals** drop it at a guaranteed 100% rate, and [Mammorest](https://palworld-db.com/pal/mammorest) is the pick at 5-10 per kill across [484 spawn points](https://palworld-db.com/map?pal=GrassMammoth) — more spawn points than any wool Pal has. Forty Leather is four or five Mammorest, which you will collect incidentally on the way to anything else. [Surfent](https://palworld-db.com/pal/surfent) also produces it on a ranch at rank 2 if you would rather not leave base at all.

### Buy the Cloth or Craft It?

Merchants do sell finished High Quality Cloth, so the lazy route exists — it is just the worse one. A sheet runs 2,640 gold, putting all 40 at **105,600 gold**. Buy the raw [Wool](https://palworld-db.com/item/Wool) and [Leather](https://palworld-db.com/item/Leather) instead and weave it yourself and the same 40 sheets cost 88,000, and that is still the expensive version because a ranch produces the wool for free. Only one shop in the game stocks the finished cloth, too, so check [the merchant inventory list](https://palworld-db.com/merchants) before you go looking — raw wool and leather are on far more counters.

> **Tip.** Start the ranch early. Wool has no other use at this scale, so a [Lamball](https://palworld-db.com/pal/lamball) pen running from Level 40 onward will have banked the full 400 by the time the node opens — and the same stock feeds [High Quality Cloth armor](https://palworld-db.com/armor), which wants the exact same sheets.

### Refined Ingot and Fiber

The metal side is a footnote by Level 60. Thirty [Refined Ingot](https://palworld-db.com/item/IronIngot) is 60 [Ore](https://palworld-db.com/item/CopperOre) and 60 [Coal](https://palworld-db.com/item/Coal), and if you already run a mining base this comes straight out of storage. Coal is the scarcer of the two on the map by roughly half, so that is the one to check your chests for first. The 20 [Fiber](https://palworld-db.com/item/Fiber) is 10 [Wood](https://palworld-db.com/item/Wood) and needs no plan at all.

## How the Eight Flag Sets Compare

Eight factions have a flag set on the tree, every one priced at exactly 1 Technology Point, and Feybreak is the seventh rung. The important thing to know is that the **top four sets are materially identical** — PAL Genetic Research Unit, Moonflower, Feybreak and Azure Covenant all want the same 30 [Refined Ingot](https://palworld-db.com/item/IronIngot), 20 [Fiber](https://palworld-db.com/item/Fiber) and 40 [High Quality Cloth](https://palworld-db.com/item/Cloth2). Only the level gate and the artwork differ. If you just want that late-game silhouette on your walls and do not care whose colours you fly, the PAL Genetic Research Unit set gets you there ten levels earlier for the same price.

The jump that actually costs you happens at Level 50, where the recipe switches from plain [Cloth](https://palworld-db.com/item/Cloth) to High Quality Cloth. The Rayne Syndicate set at Level 11 needs 40 basic Cloth, which is 80 Wool. Feybreak needs 400 — a five-fold increase in wool for a decoration that does exactly the same nothing. Worth noting too that the two earliest factions have extra banner pieces which never appear on the tree and only turn up as schematics; Feybreak has no such stragglers, so once you buy the node you own the complete set.

## Who the Feybreak Are

The Feybreak are the island raiders, and flying their colours does nothing to stop them turning up at your gate. Their base-raid ladder runs five tiers, and the opening one is nasty in a way the mainland factions are not: at base rank 1-10 the Syndicate sends six **Level 10** thugs, while the Feybreak send six **Level 50** warriors for the same rank and the same 120 EXP. Only the Azure Covenant opens harder. If Roaming Feybreak Warriors fires at a young base, you are not supposed to win that fight.

Feybreak Bandits from rank 21 onward add the **Feybreak Berserker**, a heavier elite that shows up two at a time in the final wave and scales to three by the top tiers. Plan your [base defences](https://palworld-db.com/guides/best-base-locations) around those rather than the regular warriors — the rank-and-file are chaff by the time you are seeing them in threes.

The top tier is worth building for rather than merely surviving. Every faction's fifth-tier raid pays the same **106,470 EXP** and sends 30 enemies, but the difficulty is not the same: most of them field Level 50 troops, the Feybreak field Level 60, and the Azure Covenant field Level 70. So Feybreak Ravagers is the harder-than-average version of a fixed payout — a guaranteed [Training Crystal](https://palworld-db.com/item/LvUP_01) and 200-300 [Dog Coin](https://palworld-db.com/item/DogCoin) on top of the EXP. If you are grinding towards Level 60 for this very node, that EXP chunk is not a bad way to spend an evening.

Their home turf is worth a visit for reasons beyond the flag. The Feybreak loot layer is the densest in the game at [3,588 caches](https://palworld-db.com/map?layers=cache_feybreak) — over 1,200 more than the Grasslands, which is next — with another [201 treasure chests](https://palworld-db.com/map?layers=chest_feybreak) on top.
