# List of All New Schematics: Drop Rates and Locations

Every schematic added by the Feybreak, Sakurajima and Bellanoir updates in Palworld — the 13 Feybreak weapons and the Hexolite set, the Plasteel armor line, the three Alpha Pals that actually drop Legendary schematics, and the exact percentage on every loot pool that stocks them.

The Feybreak, Sakurajima and Bellanoir updates dropped 32 new Schematic 4 (Legendary) recipes into the loot tables, and almost none of them share a farming route. This guide lists every one of them by update, the stat card of the weapon or armor each one unlocks, and the single best percentage you can farm it at.

## New Schematics by Update

Two different things get called "new schematics" and it's worth splitting them before you go farming. Some of these unlock genuinely new gear — the [Hexolite armor set](https://palworld-db.com/item/SFArmor) and the [Plasma Cannon](https://palworld-db.com/item/EnergyRocketLauncher) sit at Technology Lv 59 to 65, well past anything that existed before Feybreak. The rest are Legendary schematics for weapons you already unlocked years of tech levels ago, like the [Musket](https://palworld-db.com/item/Musket) at Lv 21, which simply started appearing in the new chest and oil rig pools. The second group is the cheaper win: you already own the tech and the bench, so the schematic is a straight stat upgrade the moment it drops.

| Update | Weapon schematics | Armor schematics | Tech band of the gear | Where they concentrate |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Feybreak | 13 | 5 (Hexolite set) | Lv 26–65 | Large oil rig crates, Feybreak sea-base camps |
| Sakurajima | 6 | 5 (Plasteel set) | Lv 51–56 | Sakurajima sea-base camps, oil rig crates |
| Bellanoir | 3 | — | Lv 21–39 | Alpha Pal kills, oil rig crates |

## Feybreak Update Schematics

Feybreak is where the ceiling moved. The island added the top end of the bow, rocket launcher and gatling classes plus a whole armor set, and it dumped Legendary schematics for eight older guns into its dungeons and camps at the same time. If you only farm one thing from this update, farm the [Hexolite Armor](https://palworld-db.com/item/SFArmor) schematic — 754 defence and 2,275 HP is the best body armor in the game outside the Ancient line, and it has the single friendliest odds on this entire page.

### New Feybreak Weapons

These five are Feybreak-tier gear, all sitting at Technology Lv 57 or higher. The [Plasma Cannon](https://palworld-db.com/item/EnergyRocketLauncher) is the headline at 13,000 attack on the Legendary tier, which is the highest number on this page — though it is a rocket launcher, so don't line it up against a rifle's figure and expect it to mean anything. The [Advanced Bow](https://palworld-db.com/item/SFBow) is the more practical pick day to day: 8,700 attack on a silent, ammo-cheap weapon that outranges everything a Feybreak camp throws at you. The two elemental crossbows are the odd ones out — they carry no technology unlock at all and don't appear in any of the chest, camp, supply or treasure map pools, so the Feybreak oil rig is the only place they turn up in practice.

| Weapon | Legendary Attack | Magazine | Tech Lv | Best source (odds) |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [Plasma Cannon](https://palworld-db.com/item/EnergyRocketLauncher) | 13,000 | 2 | 61 | Large oil rig crates — 1.25% |
| [Advanced Bow](https://palworld-db.com/item/SFBow) | 8,700 | 1 | 57 | Large oil rig crates — 1.25% |
| [Laser Gatling Gun](https://palworld-db.com/item/LaserGatlingGun) | 689 | 100 | 59 | Large oil rig crates — 1.25% |
| [Fire Arrow Crossbow](https://palworld-db.com/item/BowGun_Fire) | 490 | 1 | None | Feybreak oil rig only |
| [Poison Arrow Crossbow](https://palworld-db.com/item/BowGun_Poison) | 490 | 1 | None | Feybreak oil rig only |

### Hexolite Armor Schematics

The Hexolite set is five schematics and they do not drop at the same rate. Plain [Hexolite Armor](https://palworld-db.com/item/SFArmor) is the easiest of the five at **2.119%** from Feybreak sea-base camp loot, and it is also the one you want first — 754 defence with 2,275 HP behind it. The three specialist bodies all read 780 defence, so the resistance is what you're paying for rather than the armor value; grab the [Heat Resistant Hexolite Armor](https://palworld-db.com/item/SFArmorHeat) or [Cold Resistant Hexolite Armor](https://palworld-db.com/item/SFArmorCold) based on where your base sits. [Lightweight Hexolite Armor](https://palworld-db.com/item/SFArmorWeight) is the awkward one: no supply drop stocks it and no sea-base camp pile carries it, so tier 5 treasure map digs at 0.595% are your best line on it.

| Armor | Defense | HP | Tech Lv | Best source (odds) | Supply drop |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [Hexolite Armor](https://palworld-db.com/item/SFArmor) | 754 | 2,275 | 59 | Feybreak sea-base camp loot — 2.119% | 0.12% |
| [Hexolite Helmet](https://palworld-db.com/item/SFHelmet) | 455 | 1,040 | 60 | Feybreak sea-base camp loot — 1.412% | 0.12% |
| [Heat Resistant Hexolite Armor](https://palworld-db.com/item/SFArmorHeat) | 780 | 2,275 | 63 | Feybreak sea-base camp loot — 1.059% | 0.07% |
| [Cold Resistant Hexolite Armor](https://palworld-db.com/item/SFArmorCold) | 780 | 2,275 | 64 | Feybreak sea-base camp loot — 1.059% | 0.07% |
| [Lightweight Hexolite Armor](https://palworld-db.com/item/SFArmorWeight) | 780 | 2,275 | 65 | Treasure map digs (tier 5) — 0.595% | None |

### New Legendary Schematics for Older Weapons

Eight guns you unlocked long before Feybreak picked up Schematic 4 versions in the new loot pools, and the jump is bigger than people expect. The [Old Revolver](https://palworld-db.com/item/OldRevolver) goes from 600 attack to 1,500 — a 150% increase, the largest gap in this group — and it is farmable at 1.471% from large oil rig crates. The [SMG](https://palworld-db.com/item/SubmachineGun) and [Semi-Auto Rifle](https://palworld-db.com/item/SemiAutoRifle) share that same 1.471% crate rate, which makes one large rig run a shot at three separate upgrades. The two Makeshift weapons and the [Makeshift Shotgun](https://palworld-db.com/item/MakeshiftShotgun) are the grind: their best route is tier 1 treasure map digs at a quarter of a percent, and the Forest supply drop that stocks them reads 0.04%.

| Weapon | Base → Legendary Attack | Tech Lv | Best source (odds) |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [Semi-Auto Rifle](https://palworld-db.com/item/SemiAutoRifle) | 1,150 → 1,610 | 41 | Large oil rig crates — 1.471% |
| [Old Revolver](https://palworld-db.com/item/OldRevolver) | 600 → 1,500 | 33 | Large oil rig crates — 1.471% |
| [Compound Bow](https://palworld-db.com/item/CompoundBow) | 1,100 → 1,650 | 42 | Treasure map digs (tier 3) — 1.709% |
| [Semi-Auto Shotgun](https://palworld-db.com/item/SemiAutoShotgun) | 195 → 282 | 47 | Treasure map digs (tier 3) — 1.709% |
| [SMG](https://palworld-db.com/item/SubmachineGun) | 130 → 227 | 37 | Large oil rig crates — 1.471% |
| [Makeshift Assault Rifle](https://palworld-db.com/item/MakeshiftAssaultRifle) | 170 → 297 | 31 | Treasure map digs (tier 1) — 0.256% |
| [Makeshift Shotgun](https://palworld-db.com/item/MakeshiftShotgun) | 215 → 376 | 30 | Treasure map digs (tier 1) — 0.256% |
| [Makeshift SMG](https://palworld-db.com/item/MakeshiftSubmachineGun) | 100 → 175 | 26 | Treasure map digs (tier 1) — 0.513% |

## Sakurajima Update Schematics

Sakurajima's eleven schematics all live in the same two places: the island's sea-base enemy camps and the oil rig crates. That makes it the tidiest update to farm on this page, because one route covers the whole set rather than sending you to five different biomes. Six of them are weapons, five are the Plasteel armor line.

### Sakurajima Weapon Schematics

Every one of these six sits at 1.471% or 1.25% from large oil rig crates, so there is no reason to chase them individually — run the rig and take what falls. The [Guided Missile Launcher](https://palworld-db.com/item/GuidedMissileLauncher) and [Multi Guided Missile Launcher](https://palworld-db.com/item/MultiGuidedMissileLauncher) both land on 8,850 attack at Legendary, but the Multi fires a four-round magazine against the Guided's single shot, which is the whole argument for the Multi. Note that the Multi has no technology unlock at all — the schematic is the only way to own one. The [Flame Thrower](https://palworld-db.com/item/FlameThrower) is the one entry here whose rarity tiers don't carry separate stat entries, so 636 is the Common figure and the schematic version is a straight upgrade over it rather than a number you can predict.

| Weapon | Legendary Attack | Magazine | Tech Lv | Best source (odds) |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [Guided Missile Launcher](https://palworld-db.com/item/GuidedMissileLauncher) | 8,850 | 1 | 56 | Large oil rig crates — 1.471% |
| [Multi Guided Missile Launcher](https://palworld-db.com/item/MultiGuidedMissileLauncher) | 8,850 | 4 | None | Large oil rig crates — 1.25% |
| [Grenade Launcher](https://palworld-db.com/item/GrenadeLauncher) | 4,500 | 5 | 53 | Large oil rig crates — 1.471% |
| [Laser Rifle](https://palworld-db.com/item/LaserRifle) | 1,875 | 30 | 51 | Large oil rig crates — 1.471% |
| [Gatling Gun](https://palworld-db.com/item/GatlingGun) | 562 | 100 | 54 | Large oil rig crates — 1.471% |
| [Flame Thrower](https://palworld-db.com/item/FlameThrower) | 636 (Common) | 100 | 52 | Large oil rig crates — 1.471% |

### Plasteel Armor Schematics

The Plasteel set mirrors the Hexolite one exactly, one tier lower and one island earlier. [Plasteel Armor](https://palworld-db.com/item/PlasticArmor) is again the softest target at **2.119%** from Sakurajima sea-base camp loot, and the three specialist bodies again share a single defence figure — 640 apiece — so pick by resistance, not by armor value. [Lightweight Plasteel Armor](https://palworld-db.com/item/PlasticArmorWeight) repeats the Hexolite problem too: no sea-base loot pile stocks it, leaving tier 4 treasure map digs at 1.026% as the line to work. If you are still climbing toward Feybreak, this whole set is worth doing, because 616 defence at Technology Lv 51 is a long way ahead of anything else available at that level.

| Armor | Defense | HP | Tech Lv | Best source (odds) |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [Plasteel Armor](https://palworld-db.com/item/PlasticArmor) | 616 | 1,950 | 51 | Sakurajima sea-base camp loot — 2.119% |
| [Plasteel Helmet](https://palworld-db.com/item/PlasticHelmet) | 390 | 900 | 51 | Sakurajima sea-base camp loot — 1.412% |
| [Heat Resistant Plasteel Armor](https://palworld-db.com/item/PlasticArmorHeat) | 640 | 1,950 | 53 | Sakurajima sea-base camp loot — 1.059% |
| [Cold Resistant Plasteel Armor](https://palworld-db.com/item/PlasticArmorCold) | 640 | 1,950 | 54 | Sakurajima sea-base camp loot — 1.059% |
| [Lightweight Plasteel Armor](https://palworld-db.com/item/PlasticArmorWeight) | 640 | 1,950 | 55 | Treasure map digs (tier 4) — 1.026% |

## Bellanoir Update Schematics

Bellanoir didn't add new guns — it added Legendary schematics for three guns you already had, and hung them off Alpha Pals as a flat 3% kill reward. Get the pals right, because they are widely misreported: the [Musket Schematic 4](https://palworld-db.com/item/Musket) comes off [Alpha Blazehowl](https://palworld-db.com/pal/blazehowl) at level 30, the [Double-Barreled Shotgun Schematic 4](https://palworld-db.com/item/DoubleBarrelShotgun) off [Alpha Elizabee](https://palworld-db.com/pal/elizabee) at level 39, and the [Single-Shot Rifle Schematic 4](https://palworld-db.com/item/SingleShotRifle) off [Alpha Verdash](https://palworld-db.com/pal/verdash) at level 35. [Alpha Vaelet](https://palworld-db.com/pal/vaelet) at level 27 does carry a 3% schematic, but it's the Makeshift Handgun, not the shotgun.

A flat 3% on a respawning Alpha is a far better deal than it looks next to the sub-1% chest odds elsewhere on this page — roughly 23 kills for a coin-flip chance, and Alphas come back. That said, the [Musket](https://palworld-db.com/item/Musket) has a shortcut nothing else here gets: small oil rig crates stock its schematic at **2.0%**, the highest single figure in this guide, so if you're already running rigs you'll likely bank it before you ever go looking for Blazehowl.

| Weapon | Base → Legendary Attack | Alpha that drops it | Alpha level | Rate | Best non-Pal route |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [Single-Shot Rifle](https://palworld-db.com/item/SingleShotRifle) | 1,100 → 2,310 | [Verdash](https://palworld-db.com/pal/verdash) | 35 | 3% | Oil rig crates — 1.775% |
| [Musket](https://palworld-db.com/item/Musket) | 1,000 → 2,000 | [Blazehowl](https://palworld-db.com/pal/blazehowl) | 30 | 3% | Small oil rig crates — 2.0% |
| [Double-Barreled Shotgun](https://palworld-db.com/item/DoubleBarrelShotgun) | 190 → 399 | [Elizabee](https://palworld-db.com/pal/elizabee) | 39 | 3% | Oil rig crates — 1.775% |

## Best Routes to Farm New Schematics

Four routes cover nearly every schematic on this page, and they barely overlap. Large oil rig crates are the broadest by a distance — they stock 14 of the 32, all at 1.25% or 1.471% — so that is the run to build a rotation around. Sea-base enemy camps are the specialists: the Feybreak ones carry the entire Hexolite set and the Sakurajima ones the entire Plasteel set, at rates up to 2.119% that nothing else matches. Treasure map digs are the catch-all for the three Lightweight bodies and the Makeshift guns that no camp or supply drop stocks. Supply drops are the worst of the four here — 0.19% is the best rate any of these schematics gets from one — so treat them as a bonus while you're doing something else, never as the plan.

| Route | Best rate here | What it stocks | Map |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Large oil rig crates | 1.471% | 14 of the 32 — most Feybreak and Sakurajima weapons | [56 oil rig crate spots](https://palworld-db.com/map?layers=oilrigcrate) |
| Sea-base enemy camps | 2.119% | The full Hexolite and Plasteel armor sets | [10 sea-base camps](https://palworld-db.com/map?layers=camp_seabase) |
| Treasure map digs (tiers 1–5) | 1.709% | The Lightweight bodies, Makeshift guns, Compound Bow | [Oil Rigs and Treasure Maps](https://palworld-db.com/container-farming) |
| Feybreak chests and fishing | 0.154% | Backup rolls on Hexolite gear and the Flamethrower | [201 Feybreak chests](https://palworld-db.com/map?layers=chest_feybreak) |
| Supply drops | 0.19% | Grenade Launcher, Hexolite set, older gun schematics | — |

> **Tip.** Every schematic on this page can also be built rather than found. The [Drafting Table at Technology Lv 45](https://palworld-db.com/guides/how-to-upgrade-schematics) combines 5 copies of any tier into 1 of the next, so five Schematic 3 Hexolite Armors become the Legendary. That is the only reliable route to the [Fire Arrow Crossbow](https://palworld-db.com/item/BowGun_Fire) and [Poison Arrow Crossbow](https://palworld-db.com/item/BowGun_Poison) schematics, which no chest, camp or supply drop pool carries.

## Update Extras That Aren't Schematics

Three things get bundled into "new schematics" lists that aren't schematics at all, and chasing them as drops wastes a lot of time. The [Bjorn Hat](https://palworld-db.com/item/GYM_Head_Viking) is handed over the first time you clear the [Hard Mode Bjorn and Bastigor rematch](https://palworld-db.com/guides/hard-mode-bjorn-and-bastigor) — guaranteed, once, no roll involved. The Pal-themed caps below are pure cosmetics at 20 defence and 60 HP each, which puts them below every helmet in the Plasteel and Hexolite tables above. Wear them for the look; don't farm them.

| Item | Defense | HP | How you get it |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [Bjorn Hat](https://palworld-db.com/item/GYM_Head_Viking) | 20 | 60 | First clear of Hard Mode Bjorn and Bastigor |
| [Leezpunk Hood](https://palworld-db.com/item/HeadEquip025) | 20 | 60 | Cosmetic headgear, five rarity tiers |
| [Killamari Cap](https://palworld-db.com/item/HeadEquip026) | 20 | 60 | Cosmetic headgear, five rarity tiers |
| [Ribbuny Headband](https://palworld-db.com/item/HeadEquip028) | 20 | 60 | Cosmetic headgear, five rarity tiers |
| [Swee Cap](https://palworld-db.com/item/HeadEquip031) | 20 | 60 | Cosmetic headgear, five rarity tiers |
| [Dazzi Hat](https://palworld-db.com/item/HeadEquip032) | 20 | 60 | Cosmetic headgear, five rarity tiers |
