Palworld 1.0 put **35 new Pals** into the Paldeck, and almost none of them live anywhere you had already explored. This guide lists every one of them with the exact place it spawns, the level band you will meet it at, which ones are alpha-only, which ones you have to beat instead of catch, and the 24 elemental variants that now only turn up in 1.0 territory.

## The 1.0 Paldeck Additions at a Glance

The Paldeck now runs to 204 numbered entries plus 84 subspecies forms, for **288 Pals** total. The 35 additions sit in two blocks of that numbering — #159 to #184 and #190 to #194, plus [Hartalis](https://palworld-db.com/pal/hartalis), [Neptilius](https://palworld-db.com/pal/neptilius), [Panthalus](https://palworld-db.com/pal/panthalus) and [Astralym](https://palworld-db.com/pal/astralym) at the very end. Geographically they split three ways, and that split is the fastest way to plan a catching run: the sky islands hold the low-60s batch, the World Tree holds the mid-70s batch, and only four of them ever set foot on the original map.

## New Pals in the Sunreach Sky Islands

Eleven of the new Pals live above the map in the Sunreach sky islands, and every one of them sits in a tight level 63–69 band — so once you can survive up there, you can clear the whole set in one trip. Farcry Marsh is the single best stop: [Hoodle](https://palworld-db.com/pal/hoodle) and [Bakemi](https://palworld-db.com/pal/bakemi) both put 45 of their 115 spawn points there, and [Slowatt](https://palworld-db.com/pal/slowatt), [Lapiron](https://palworld-db.com/pal/lapiron), [Snock](https://palworld-db.com/pal/snock) and [Valentail](https://palworld-db.com/pal/valentail) all pile into the same marsh. The two worth going out of your way for are [Lapure](https://palworld-db.com/pal/lapure), which halves the partner-skill cooldown of everything else in your party, and [Tropicaw](https://palworld-db.com/pal/tropicaw), whose partner skill stretches your dodge invincibility window by 9% — nothing else in the game widens i-frames at all.

| Pal | Element | Level | Best spot (of its total spawn points) | Why bother |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [Hoodle](https://palworld-db.com/pal/hoodle) | Dark | 65–69 | Farcry Marsh — 45 of 115 points | The most common new sky Pal; almost no work value |
| [Bakemi](https://palworld-db.com/pal/bakemi) | Dark | 65–69 | Farcry Marsh — 45 of 115 points | Medicine Production Lv4 in the same spawn pool as Hoodle |
| [Solmora](https://palworld-db.com/pal/solmora) | Water | 66–67 | Waterlily Gorge — 59 of 109 points | Watering Lv4 and easy to stack in a farm base |
| [Souffline](https://palworld-db.com/pal/souffline) | Grass | 63–69 | Enchanted Firmament — 32 of 53 points | Planting and Transporting Lv2 filler |
| [Tropicaw](https://palworld-db.com/pal/tropicaw) | Grass | 63–69 | Azure Covenant Tower Entrance — 26 of 50 points | +9% dodge i-frames; Planting Lv5, Gathering Lv5 |
| [Slowatt](https://palworld-db.com/pal/slowatt) | Electric | 65–66 | Farcry Marsh — all 41 points | Generating Electricity Lv3; alpha version at level 66 |
| [Lapiron](https://palworld-db.com/pal/lapiron) | Ground | 63–69 | Farcry Marsh — 36 of 37 points | Gathering Lv4 plus Handiwork Lv3 |
| [Snock](https://palworld-db.com/pal/snock) | Electric | 63–69 | Farcry Marsh — 25 of 33 points | Generating Electricity Lv4 from a rarity-2 Pal |
| [Valentail](https://palworld-db.com/pal/valentail) | Neutral | 63–69 | Farcry Marsh — 24 of 32 points | Paldeck filler; Gathering Lv2 only |
| [Lapure](https://palworld-db.com/pal/lapure) | Neutral | 65–69 | Crystalline Archipelago — all 29 points | Cuts party partner-skill cooldowns by 50%; Handiwork Lv6 |
| [Dynamoff](https://palworld-db.com/pal/dynamoff) | Electric | 63–69 | Waterlily Gorge — 25 of 26 points | Generating Electricity Lv6, the best of the sky batch |

The sky islands also swallowed some older Pals whole. [Frostplume](https://palworld-db.com/pal/frostplume) now has all 100 of its spawn points up there, spread across Crystalline Archipelago, the Azure Covenant Tower approach and The Azure Tapestry, and [Quivern](https://palworld-db.com/pal/quivern) keeps 189 points in the clouds on top of its Palpagos spawns. If you skipped the sky region you are missing more than the eleven new faces. Open the [Palworld Interactive Map](https://palworld-db.com/map?layers=fasttravel) and pick a Pal to see the exact dots.

## New Pals Inside the World Tree

The World Tree is the harder half of the list — most of these sit at level 74–80, so bring endgame gear rather than trying to sneak a capture. Lacrymal Shoal is the densest single stop, feeding [Roujay](https://palworld-db.com/pal/roujay), [Solenne](https://palworld-db.com/pal/solenne), [Selyne](https://palworld-db.com/pal/selyne) and [Wistella](https://palworld-db.com/pal/wistella), while Shinespore Root covers [Mycora](https://palworld-db.com/pal/mycora) and [Loomen](https://palworld-db.com/pal/loomen). Priority order if you only have time for a few: [Shaolong](https://palworld-db.com/pal/shaolong) first — it is a top-tier all-rounder at 135 attack and 140 HP and its 2,800 sprint speed makes it the second-fastest mount in the game — then [Bastigor](https://palworld-db.com/pal/bastigor) for Cooling Lv8, then Solenne, whose Handiwork Lv8 is the joint-highest in the game and whose partner skill hands you +80% attack as long as no two Pals in your party share a species.

| Pal | Element | Level | Best spot (of its total spawn points) | Why bother |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [Shaolong](https://palworld-db.com/pal/shaolong) | Dragon / Water | 76–78 | Alluvion Lakefront — 30 of 63 points | 135 attack, 140 HP, #2 fastest mount, Watering Lv8 |
| [Bastigor](https://palworld-db.com/pal/bastigor) | Ice | 75–80 | Abandoned Laboratory — 33 of 69 points | 130 attack, 140 HP, Cooling Lv8 and rideable |
| [Selyne](https://palworld-db.com/pal/selyne) | Dark / Neutral | 76–80 | Lacrymal Shoal — 14 of 40 points | Handiwork Lv7, Medicine Lv6, #10 fastest mount |
| [Solenne](https://palworld-db.com/pal/solenne) | Dark / Neutral | 76–78 | Lacrymal Shoal — 30 of 47 points | Handiwork Lv8; +80% attack with an all-unique party |
| [Roujay](https://palworld-db.com/pal/roujay) | Dark | 74–78 | Lacrymal Shoal — 30 of 80 points | Gathering and Transporting Lv5; #14 fastest mount |
| [Mycora](https://palworld-db.com/pal/mycora) | Grass | 75–78 | Shinespore Root — 20 of 42 points | Planting Lv6 and Medicine Production Lv6 on one body |
| [Loomen](https://palworld-db.com/pal/loomen) | Dark / Fire | 75–77 | Shinespore Root — 20 of 42 points | Kindling, Handiwork and Medicine all at Lv4 |
| [Wistella](https://palworld-db.com/pal/wistella) | Dark | 66–78 | Lacrymal Shoal — 14 of 40 points | Handiwork Lv6 and Medicine Lv6 from a rarity-2 Pal |
| [Venusa](https://palworld-db.com/pal/venusa) | Dark | 75–77 | Corroded Hollow — 21 of 26 points | Covers four work types; Handiwork and Gathering Lv6 |
| [Flaracle](https://palworld-db.com/pal/flaracle) | Fire | 68–80 | Corroded Hollow — 21 of 26 points | Kindling Lv7 with Handiwork Lv6 behind it |
| [Dupin](https://palworld-db.com/pal/dupin) | Fire | 55–74 | Alluvion Lakefront — 30 of 81 points | Kindling Lv7 at the widest level band of the group |

The World Tree is its own map with its own 15 fast-travel points, so a Pal's dots will not show up on the Palpagos view. Switch regions with [the World Tree map](https://palworld-db.com/map?region=tree&layers=fasttravel) and pick the Pal you are hunting.

## New Pals on the Palpagos Map

Only four of the 35 ever appear on the original island, and two of those exist purely as field bosses. [Azurmane](https://palworld-db.com/pal/azurmane) is the one you can actually farm — 112 spawn points concentrated around the Feybreak Tower approach, Azure Cliffs and Amethyst Outcrop, plus its own level 66 alpha standing at Azure Cliffs. [Knocklem](https://palworld-db.com/pal/knocklem) splits its time between the Deep Sand Dunes and the World Tree's Whimsical Wisteria Grove and is the best pure-labour addition in 1.0 at Mining Lv7 and Transporting Lv7. [Silvegis](https://palworld-db.com/pal/silvegis) and [Neptilius](https://palworld-db.com/pal/neptilius) have no wild spawns at all: the single alpha is the only copy in the world, so catch it rather than kill it.

| Pal | Element | Where it is | Level | Why bother |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [Azurmane](https://palworld-db.com/pal/azurmane) | Electric | Feybreak Tower Entrance (48 of 112 points), Azure Cliffs, Amethyst Outcrop | 63–80, alpha at 66 | 120 attack, 130 HP, rideable, Generating Electricity Lv5 |
| [Knocklem](https://palworld-db.com/pal/knocklem) | Ground | Deep Sand Dunes and Whimsical Wisteria Grove (33 points total), alpha at Ruined Fortress City | 55–80, alpha at 55 | Mining Lv7 and Transporting Lv7 — the best worker of the batch |
| [Silvegis](https://palworld-db.com/pal/silvegis) | Dragon | Alpha only, at Shield Dragon Tunnel | 62 | Your shield takes 80% less damage and refills 60% sooner |
| [Neptilius](https://palworld-db.com/pal/neptilius) | Water | Alpha only, at Isle of the Glacial Core | 60 | 145 attack, the hardest hitter you can get before level 70 |

## Every New Alpha and What Level It Stands At

Fourteen of the 35 have an alpha version, and for six of them — Silvegis, Neptilius, [Eidrolon](https://palworld-db.com/pal/eidrolon), [Ophydia](https://palworld-db.com/pal/ophydia), [Renjishi](https://palworld-db.com/pal/renjishi) and [Aegidron](https://palworld-db.com/pal/aegidron) — that alpha is the **only** way to get the Pal, because they never spawn in the wild. Work the list from the top down: Knocklem at level 55 is beatable long before the rest, and the three at 78–79 are the last things you will clear in the World Tree. Eidrolon is the standout catch of the middle band, hitting 125 attack with the third-fastest sprint speed in the game once you unlock its saddle.

| Alpha | Level | Where it stands | Wild spawns too? |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [Knocklem](https://palworld-db.com/pal/knocklem) | 55 | Ruined Fortress City | Yes — 33 points |
| [Neptilius](https://palworld-db.com/pal/neptilius) | 60 | Isle of the Glacial Core | No — alpha only |
| [Silvegis](https://palworld-db.com/pal/silvegis) | 62 | Shield Dragon Tunnel | No — alpha only |
| [Snock](https://palworld-db.com/pal/snock) | 65 | Farcry Marsh | Yes — 33 points |
| [Slowatt](https://palworld-db.com/pal/slowatt) | 66 | Farcry Marsh | Yes — 41 points |
| [Wistella](https://palworld-db.com/pal/wistella) | 66 | Farcry Marsh | Yes — 40 points, all in the World Tree |
| [Azurmane](https://palworld-db.com/pal/azurmane) | 66 | Azure Cliffs | Yes — 112 points |
| [Dynamoff](https://palworld-db.com/pal/dynamoff) | 67 | Crystalline Archipelago | Yes — 26 points |
| [Flaracle](https://palworld-db.com/pal/flaracle) | 68 | Enchanted Firmament | Yes — 26 points, all in the World Tree |
| [Eidrolon](https://palworld-db.com/pal/eidrolon) | 69 | Waterlily Gorge | No — alpha only |
| [Ophydia](https://palworld-db.com/pal/ophydia) | 69 | Waterlily Gorge | No — alpha only |
| [Mycora](https://palworld-db.com/pal/mycora) | 78 | Spore Cloister, in the World Tree | Yes — 42 points |
| [Renjishi](https://palworld-db.com/pal/renjishi) | 78 | Corroded Hollow, in the World Tree | No — alpha only |
| [Aegidron](https://palworld-db.com/pal/aegidron) | 79 | Lacrymal Shoal, in the World Tree | No — alpha only |

## The 1.0 Pals You Have to Beat, Not Find

Five of the additions are set-piece fights with inflated health bars rather than field encounters, and their loot is what actually gates your endgame crafting. [Panthalus](https://palworld-db.com/pal/panthalus) is the wall between you and the World Tree, waiting at the Deserted Islet with 42 times a normal Pal's health. [Silvance](https://palworld-db.com/pal/silvance) and [Dandilord](https://palworld-db.com/pal/dandilord) are the two you will farm repeatedly — both are level 70 and both drop 5 to 10 of a unique material every single kill, which is exactly what the [Corrosive Mist Mask](https://palworld-db.com/item/GasMask) and [Explosion-Resistant Undershirt](https://palworld-db.com/item/Accessory_ExplosionResist) need. Astralym closes the story, and its rematch is the single hardest fight in the game at 405 times base health.

| Boss | Element | Health multiplier | What it gives you |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [Panthalus](https://palworld-db.com/pal/panthalus) | Water | ×42 | 8–9 [Ancient Civilization Parts](https://palworld-db.com/item/PalCrystal_Ex) and the route into the World Tree |
| [Astralym](https://palworld-db.com/pal/astralym) | — | ×40, rematch ×405 | [Precious Dragon Stone](https://palworld-db.com/item/PalItem_ToSell_01); 200 attack and 200 HP once caught |
| [Silvance](https://palworld-db.com/pal/silvance) | Grass | Level 70 field boss | 5–10 [Explosion-Resistant Fiber](https://palworld-db.com/item/UniqueMaterial_Mothman), 1–3 Grass Radiant Gem, 1–3 [World Tree Holy Water](https://palworld-db.com/item/WorldTreeHolyWater) at 50% |
| [Dandilord](https://palworld-db.com/pal/dandilord) | Grass / Dark | Level 70 field boss | 5–10 [Toxin Filtering Membrane](https://palworld-db.com/item/UniqueMaterial_FlowerPrince) and 1–3 Dark Radiant Gem |
| [Hartalis](https://palworld-db.com/pal/hartalis) | Neutral | ×180 raid, ×320 ultra | [Precious Pelt](https://palworld-db.com/item/PalItem_ToSell_05) in bulk; 130 attack and the #5 fastest sprint |

Shaolong, Selyne and Bastigor double as the World Tree's three arena fights before you can catch them in the open, at 50, 54 and 62 times base health respectively, with rematches at 88, 93 and 75. Full multiplier tables live on the [All Tower Bosses and Battle Multipliers](https://palworld-db.com/tower-bosses) and [All Raid Bosses and Battle Multipliers](https://palworld-db.com/raid-bosses) pages.

> **Tip.** Six of the 35 have no wild spawns whatsoever — Silvegis, Neptilius, Eidrolon, Ophydia, Renjishi and Aegidron exist as a single alpha each. Bring capture gear to those fights, not just damage. If you knock one out without a sphere on you, you are waiting for the respawn to try again.

## Elemental Variants That Only Appear in 1.0 Territory

Beyond the 35 new entries, **24 subspecies forms** have every one of their spawn points inside 1.0 areas, which makes them just as new to your save. The heaviest concentration is the Abandoned Laboratory in the World Tree, where [Beakon Cryst](https://palworld-db.com/pal/beakon-cryst), [Univolt Cryst](https://palworld-db.com/pal/univolt-cryst) and [Elgrove Cryst](https://palworld-db.com/pal/elgrove-cryst) share the same 69-point pool and give you three Cooling workers in one sweep. [Whalaska Ignis](https://palworld-db.com/pal/whalaska-ignis) is the biggest single target at 112 points, and [Solmora Lux](https://palworld-db.com/pal/solmora-lux) is the widest-ranging at 251 points across both the sky islands and the tree.

| Variant | Element | Level | Where it spawns | Points |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [Solmora Lux](https://palworld-db.com/pal/solmora-lux) | Water / Electric | 76–78 | Waterlily Gorge and Gilded City Ruins | 251 |

| [Whalaska Ignis](https://palworld-db.com/pal/whalaska-ignis) | Ice / Fire | 71–80 | Gilded City Ruins, World Tree | 112 |
| [Sibelyx Primo](https://palworld-db.com/pal/sibelyx-primo) | Neutral | 75–78 | Shinespore Root, World Tree | 82 |
| [Beakon Cryst](https://palworld-db.com/pal/beakon-cryst) | Ice | 75–77 | Abandoned Laboratory, World Tree | 69 |
| [Univolt Cryst](https://palworld-db.com/pal/univolt-cryst) | Ice | 75–77 | Abandoned Laboratory, World Tree | 69 |

| [Starryon Primo](https://palworld-db.com/pal/starryon-primo) | Neutral | 74–76 | Alluvion Lakefront, World Tree | 63 |
| [Knocklem Ignis](https://palworld-db.com/pal/knocklem-ignis) | Fire | 65–73 | Bicornis Islet and Whimsical Wisteria Grove | 58 |
| [Pierdon Cryst](https://palworld-db.com/pal/pierdon-cryst) | Ice | 68–69 | Azure Covenant Tower Entrance and The Azure Tapestry | 50 |
| [Suzaku Aqua](https://palworld-db.com/pal/suzaku-aqua) | Water | 42–80 | Azure Covenant Tower Entrance and The Azure Tapestry | 50 |
| [Lyleen Noct](https://palworld-db.com/pal/lyleen-noct) | Dark | 58–80 | Shinespore Root and Spore Cloister | 42 |
| [Tetroise Primo](https://palworld-db.com/pal/tetroise-primo) | Neutral | 60–78 | Lacrymal Shoal and Gilded City Ruins | 40 |
| [Mossanda Lux](https://palworld-db.com/pal/mossanda-lux) | Electric | 31–80 | The Verdant Rootpath, World Tree | 40 |
| [Prixter Lux](https://palworld-db.com/pal/prixter-lux) | Electric / Ground | 65–70 | Sandstone Gate Islet | 35 |
| [Skutlass Ignis](https://palworld-db.com/pal/skutlass-ignis) | Water / Fire | 40–44 | Flamepulse Islet and Within the Seal | 34 |

| [Polapup Terra](https://palworld-db.com/pal/polapup-terra) | Ice / Ground | 55–60 | Suncrest Islet | 26 |
| [Woolipop Terra](https://palworld-db.com/pal/woolipop-terra) | Ground | 55–60 | Suncrest Islet | 26 |
| [Petallia Ignis](https://palworld-db.com/pal/petallia-ignis) | Grass / Fire | 71–73 | Whimsical Wisteria Grove, World Tree | 22 |
| [Nitemary Botan](https://palworld-db.com/pal/nitemary-botan) | Grass | 50–54 | Islet of Circular Ruins | 13 |
| [Smokie Cryst](https://palworld-db.com/pal/smokie-cryst) | Dark / Ice | 62–64 | Glacial Memento Islet | 8 |
| [Dualith Noct](https://palworld-db.com/pal/dualith-noct) | Ground / Dark | 70–77 | Forbidden Laboratory and Abandoned Laboratory | 3 |

Dualith Noct is the trap in that list — three spawn points in the entire game, tucked into the two laboratories deep in the World Tree. Everything else on it can be farmed in a normal evening, but that one needs patience or a breeding pair. Work out the parents on the [Palworld Breeding Calculator](https://palworld-db.com/breeding).

## A Sensible Order to Catch Them In

Start with Knocklem at level 55 and Neptilius at 60 while you are still on Palpagos — Neptilius's 145 attack will carry you through the next twenty levels. Then take the sky islands as one block: everything up there caps at 69, and Farcry Marsh alone gives you six of the eleven. Panthalus is the gate after that, and once you are inside the World Tree the level floor jumps to the mid-70s, so finish your gear before you commit. Leave Renjishi, Mycora and Aegidron for last; at 78 and 79 they are the highest-level things in the 1.0 roster outside the arena fights.
