**Tides of Terraria released on June 25, 2025 as Palworld version 0.6.0** — the crossover that dropped [Terra Blade](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade002), the Hallowed armor set and the Moon Lord raid onto Palpagos. This page has the exact release date and platforms, a full count of what the update added, and where you go to farm every piece of it today.

## Tides of Terraria Release Date

The update went live on **June 25, 2025** and it landed on Steam, Xbox and PS5 the same day rather than staggered across platforms. It was a mid-cycle content version rather than a season pass or paid add-on, so nothing about it cost extra. Two days later **0.6.1** arrived as a clean-up pass, and **0.6.2** on July 10, 2025 closed the line out — if you are reading old install notes, those three builds are the whole Terraria era. Everything below is still live on the current **1.0.2** build, so the release date matters only as trivia now: none of this content expired.

## Everything Tides of Terraria Added

Counting by what actually sits in the game files, the crossover is **72 entries** — 71 items plus one buildable. The headline number is misleading on its own, though: 52 of those 71 items are schematics, because all ten craftable Terraria gear lines ship in five rarity tiers each. The parts you will actually chase are the seven weapons, the seven armor pieces and the two materials, and every one of them routes through a single ingot, **[Hallowed Bar](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaIngot001)**. If you only read one row of this table, read the materials one — Hallowed Bar cannot be smelted, bought or crafted, which is why the whole crossover funnels into one dungeon.

| Category | Count | What's in it |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Weapons | **7** | [Terra Blade](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade002), Terraprisma, Excalibur, Vortex Beater, Nightglow, Meowmere and Legendary Meowmere |
| Armor | **7** | [Hallowed Plate Mail](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaArmor001), four Hallowed head pieces, and two boss masks |
| Materials | **2** | [Hallowed Bar](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaIngot001) and [Luminite Bar](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaIngot002) — the second only comes off Moon Lord |
| Schematics | **52** | Ten gear lines at five tiers each, plus the [Celestial Sigil Schematic](https://palworld-db.com/item/Blueprint_PalSummon_YakushimaBoss002) and the Moon Lord Statue schematic |
| Consumables | **3** | [Celestial Sigil](https://palworld-db.com/item/PalSummon_YakushimaBoss002), Celestial Sigil [Master], and [Life Crystal](https://palworld-db.com/item/Elixir_hp_Yakushima) |
| Buildable | **1** | — furniture, 100 Hallowed Bar |
| Pals | **11** | Six slimes, two bats, Enchanted Sword, Demon Eye and Eye of Cthulhu |
| Bosses | **2** | Eye of Cthulhu in the dungeon, Moon Lord as a summoned raid at two difficulties |
| Dungeon | **1** | The Sealed Realm of Terraria, with its own fast travel statue |

## Where the Terraria Content Lives

All of it comes out of one place: the **Sealed Realm of Terraria**, and there is exactly **one entrance pin for it on the entire map** — southeast of Fisherman's Point. That is unusual. Every other dungeon type on Palpagos has 15 to 48 entrances scattered around, so the Terraria realm is the only one you can't stumble into by accident. The realm gets its own fast travel statue right beside the door, one of the map's 137 travel points, so the round trip is a warp rather than a hike. Chests inside are the entire supply line — the deep-grade chests hand you 20 to 40 Hallowed Bar every single time, and the shallower treasure chests pay 4 to 10.

| Getting there | Detail |
| --- | --- |
| Dungeon entrance pins on the map | **1** — [open the Yakushima dungeon layer](https://palworld-db.com/map?layers=dungeon_yakushima) |
| Fast travel at the door | **Sealed Realm of Terraria** statue |
| Nearest landmark | Fisherman's Point, just northwest |
| Hallowed Bar per deep chest | **20-40**, at 100% |
| Hallowed Bar per treasure chest | **4-10**, at 100% |
| Armor schematic odds | **7.068%** each, treasure chests |
| Weapon schematic odds | **4.25%** each, deep chests only |
| Celestial Sigil Schematic | **100%** from a deep chest — one drop and you never need it again |

## Every Terraria Weapon and What It Hits For

Be honest with yourself about why you want these. **Terra Blade's 425 base attack is the best of the collab melee weapons, but it sits seventh in the melee class overall** — the Laser Sword's 2,000 is not close, and the same gap holds for [Vortex Beater](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaGun001) against real assault rifles. Only compare these numbers to other weapons of the same class; a 300-attack rifle and a 425-attack sword are not the same measurement. The two that genuinely earn a slot are **[Excalibur](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade004)**, which is 360 attack for a flat 30 Hallowed Bar and nothing else, making it the cheapest respectable melee weapon in the game once you're farming the realm; and **[Legendary Meowmere](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade005)**, whose 22,222 durability means it effectively never breaks. Attack figures below are the base tier — the four schematic ranks raise each one, and the schematics are the whole reason to keep running chests.

| Weapon | Class | Base attack | Durability | Craft cost |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [Terra Blade](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade002) | Melee | **425** | 757 | 40 [Hallowed Bar](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaIngot001), 20 [Pal Metal Ingot](https://palworld-db.com/item/StealIngot) |
| [Excalibur](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade004) | Melee | **360** | 600 | 30 Hallowed Bar — nothing else |
| [Vortex Beater](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaGun001) | Assault Rifle | **300** | 3,000 | 40 Hallowed Bar, 20 Pal Metal Ingot, 5 [Electric Organ](https://palworld-db.com/item/ElectricOrgan) |
| [Legendary Meowmere](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade005) | Melee | **222** | **22,222** | 22 Hallowed Bar, 22 [Paldium Fragment](https://palworld-db.com/item/Pal_crystal_S), 22 [Coal](https://palworld-db.com/item/Coal) |
| [Meowmere](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade) | Melee | **200** | 2,222 | 22 [Ingot](https://palworld-db.com/item/CopperIngot), 22 Paldium Fragment, 22 Coal |
| [Terraprisma](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade003) | Melee | 90 | 5,000 | 40 Hallowed Bar, 20 Pal Metal Ingot, 3 [Ancient Civilization Parts](https://palworld-db.com/item/PalCrystal_Ex) |
| [Nightglow](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaLantern001) | Melee | 50 | 3,000 | 40 Hallowed Bar, 20 Pal Metal Ingot, 3 Ancient Civilization Parts |

Meowmere is the odd one out and the easiest thing on this list to miss. It isn't a chest schematic at all — it's an **Ancient technology node you unlock at player level 30 for 2 Ancient Technology Points**, so you can be swinging it long before you ever find the dungeon, and its recipe wants plain Ingot instead of Hallowed Bar. The Legendary version is the upgrade, and it only comes off the raid.

## The Hallowed Armor Set

The Hallowed set is not a defence upgrade — 200 base defence on the chest piece is a long way under the 800 an Ancient Armor gives you. What it is, is a **situational kit for the Moon Lord fight specifically**: the body armor carries Hallowed Guard, a flat 30% cut to crossover damage, and each of the four head pieces adds 20% damage with one matching weapon class. Pick the head piece that matches what you're holding and ignore the other three; wearing the Hallowed Mask while you fire a rifle does nothing. The two boss masks are the real prizes here — **350 defence puts the [Eye of Cthulhu Mask](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaHeadEquip006) and [Moon Lord Mask](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaHeadEquip005) joint-second in the entire head slot**, beaten only by the Ancient Helm, and they cost a single Hallowed Bar to craft once you have the drop.

| Piece | Base defence | Base HP | Cost | What it does |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [Hallowed Plate Mail](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaArmor001) | **200** | 650 | 20 Hallowed Bar | Hallowed Guard — 30% less crossover damage, plus mild heat and cold resistance |
| [Hallowed Mask](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaHeadEquip001) | 140 | 320 | 20 Hallowed Bar | Hallowed Power: Close Range — melee damage bonus |
| [Hallowed Helmet](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaHeadEquip003) | 140 | 320 | 20 Hallowed Bar | Hallowed Power: Ranged — gun damage bonus |
| [Hallowed Headgear](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaHeadEquip002) | 140 | 320 | 20 Hallowed Bar | Hallowed Power: Magic |
| [Hallowed Hood](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaHeadEquip004) | 140 | 320 | 20 Hallowed Bar | Hallowed Power: Summon |
| [Eye of Cthulhu Mask](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaHeadEquip006) | **350** | 800 | 1 Hallowed Bar | 20,000 durability — a rare drop, not a schematic craft |
| [Moon Lord Mask](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaHeadEquip005) | **350** | 800 | 1 Hallowed Bar | 20,000 durability — 10% drop from the Moon Lord raid |

## The Two Terraria Bosses

The crossover shipped a boss at each end of the difficulty curve. One of them you can catch and keep; the other one is a summoned raid that will end most under-geared parties in under a minute.

### Eye of Cthulhu

The Eye waits at the back of the Sealed Realm and it is **Dark element, so bring Dragon Pals and leave your Neutral team at base**. It drops Hallowed Bar every time you kill it, but the chests on the way in pay far better, so treat the fight as a top-up rather than the point of the run. It's also capturable, which matters more than the drop: catch one and you can breed it. Full fight breakdown and drop table in the [Eye of Cthulhu location and drops guide](https://palworld-db.com/guides/eye-of-cthulhu-location-and-drops).

### Moon Lord

Moon Lord is a summoned raid, not a world boss. You craft a **[Celestial Sigil](https://palworld-db.com/item/PalSummon_YakushimaBoss002) out of 100 Hallowed Bar** and offer it at a Summoning Altar, which puts a **level 50** fight in front of you — and you can't craft the sigil at all without first pulling the schematic out of a deep chest. It's the only elementless raid boss in the game, so type matchups are irrelevant and raw attack is everything. Clearing it hands you a **Celestial Sigil [Master]** at 100%, which reopens the same fight at **level 80** with a much fatter reward table. The full weak-point routine is in the [Moon Lord raid boss guide](https://palworld-db.com/guides/how-to-beat-moon-lord-raid-boss).

| Drop | Level 50 raid | Level 80 Master raid |
| --- | --- | --- |
| [Celestial Sigil Master](https://palworld-db.com/item/PalSummon_YakushimaBoss002_2) | **100%**, ×1 | **100%**, ×1 — the fight refills its own key |
| [Ancient Civilization Core](https://palworld-db.com/item/AncientParts2) | 100%, ×4-6 | 100%, ×3 |
| [Training Crystal](https://palworld-db.com/item/LvUP_01) | 100%, ×4 | 100%, ×2-3 |
| [Ancient Civilization Parts](https://palworld-db.com/item/PalCrystal_Ex) | — | **100%, ×10-20** |
| [Diamond](https://palworld-db.com/item/Diamond) | — | 100%, ×5-10 |
| [Legendary Meowmere](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade005) | **22%** | — |
| [Moon Lord Mask](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaHeadEquip005) | **10%** | — |
| [Carrying Lotus (L)](https://palworld-db.com/item/Lotus_weight_02) | — | 100%, ×1 (the other four Lotus types roll 20% each) |
| Weapon schematics | Tier 2 at **25%** each | Tier 4 at **25%** each |

> **Tip.** Run the level 50 raid until you get [Legendary Meowmere](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade005) at 22%, then stop bothering with it — the Master raid drops the top-tier schematics and 10-20 [Ancient Civilization Parts](https://palworld-db.com/item/PalCrystal_Ex) a clear, and it hands back its own key at 100%, so once you're inside that loop it pays for itself forever.

## The 11 Terraria Pals

Eleven creatures came across, and they behave differently from everything else you own. **None of them have Paldeck numbers** — they're deliberately outside the numbering — and they're excluded from the normal breeding combination ranking, which means they form a **closed pool that only ever produces other Terraria Pals**. Pair a slime with the Eye and you get a Terraria Pal, never a Lamball. That's a gift if you want more of them and a dead end if you were hoping to breed something useful out of a Rainbow Slime. Eye of Cthulhu is the dominant parent inside that pool, so it's the one to catch first.

| Pal | Element | Notes |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Eye of Cthulhu** | Dark | The dungeon boss. Capturable, and dominant in the collab breeding pool |
| **Demon Eye** | Dark | The small version that shows up in packs |
| **Green Slime** | Grass | The baseline slime |
| **Blue Slime** | Water | Same body, different typing |
| **Red Slime** | Fire | Same body, different typing |
| **Purple Slime** | Dark | Same body, different typing |
| **Illuminant Slime** | Neutral | The glowing pink variant |
| **Rainbow Slime** | Neutral | The rarest of the six slimes |
| **Enchanted Sword** | Neutral | A floating blade, not a creature |
| **Cave Bat** | Neutral | Fills the realm's corridors |
| **Illuminant Bat** | Neutral | The purple variant of the same |

## Is Tides of Terraria Still Available?

Yes, and this trips people up constantly. Palworld's crossovers ran as events, but **the gear, the Pals, the dungeon and the raid all stayed in the game as permanent content** after the event window closed — the same is true of the ULTRAKILL collab that followed in 0.7.0. If you came to Palworld at 1.0 and assumed you'd missed a year-old crossover, you haven't missed anything: the Sealed Realm of Terraria is still on the map, the chests still pay, and you can craft every piece listed on this page tonight. The only thing you can no longer do is get it during the original event.

## The Short Version

**Tides of Terraria was Palworld 0.6.0, released June 25, 2025 on Steam, Xbox and PS5, and everything it added is still in the game.** Fast travel to the Sealed Realm of Terraria — the map's single Yakushima dungeon entrance, southeast of Fisherman's Point — loot the deep chests for 20-40 Hallowed Bar and the Celestial Sigil Schematic, craft [Excalibur](https://palworld-db.com/item/YakushimaBlade004) for 30 bars as your cheap 360-attack melee weapon, and burn 100 bars on a sigil when you want the Moon Lord raid.
