World Tree Holy Water is the late-game juice behind every elemental **Awakening Crystal** — and it doubles as a consumable that stops World Tree resources from vanishing when you get close. Fifty different Pals can drop it, so once you know who to hunt, keeping a stack is easy. There are two ways to get it, and only one of them involves fighting: **World Tree field pickups hand over 5–10 at once**, while fifty different Pals drop 1–3 apiece.

## What Holy Water Actually Does

Drink it and, for a while, **World Tree resources won't disappear when you approach them** — which makes harvest runs around the tree dramatically less annoying. But its real job is crafting: every elemental Awakening Crystal costs **10 Holy Water**, and the Nutrient Tonic drinks a whopping 25.

## The Fastest Source: World Tree Field Pickups

Before you start hunting Pals for it, walk the World Tree itself. Holy Water sits in the region's field pickups and pays out **5–10 per grab** — several times what any single Pal gives up, with no fight attached. A lap of the region while you are there for [Mythical Wood](https://palworld-db.com/item/Wood_WorldTree) and relics will usually cover a crafting session's worth, and it stacks with everything else the trip is already paying for.

Hunting is still worth it when you need a large stock in one sitting, because the drop is reliable rather than positional — but if you only need enough for a couple of Awakening Crystals, the pickups get you there faster and cheaper. Use [the World Tree map](https://palworld-db.com/map?region=tree) to plan the loop rather than wandering it.
