- (use) The materials are the easy half. No tech-tree entry unlocks this ring at any level — the crafting row only appears while the Air Walker Mk III Schematic ([[item:Blueprint_Accessory_SuperJumpAir_1]]) is sitting in your inventory, and it builds on the Production Assembly Line rather than a workbench. Searching the tech list for it is wasted time.
- (location) The schematic comes out of three grade 5 pools. Treasure chests in the Sunreach Skies caverns are far the best at 2.38%, roughly one copy per 42 opens. Crates on the large oil rig pay 0.98%, about one per 102. Ordinary Sunreach Isle chests sit at 0.19% — some 524 opens per sheet, twelve times the walking for the same paper. Run the caverns.
- (strategy) Mk III is not a straight upgrade over [[item:Accessory_JumpAir_2]]. Mk II gives one mid-air jump and two air dashes; Mk III gives two mid-air jumps and only one dash. You are trading horizontal reach for height, so keep Mk II on for gliding gaps and dodging in the air, and swap to Mk III when the problem is a ledge you cannot reach. Only [[item:Accessory_SuperJumpAir_2]] carries both — two jumps and two dashes — and it is the sole rung in the line that is better than everything below it.
- (strategy) Do not farm for this tier specifically. All four Air Walker schematics — Mk I, Mk II, Mk III and EX — sit in the same three chest pools at identical odds, so the EX sheet ([[item:Blueprint_Accessory_SuperJumpAir_2]]) is exactly as likely to drop as this one and there is no run that favours Mk III. Open the Sunreach Skies treasure chests for the family and build whichever tier turns up first. If EX lands, this ring stops being worth 20 Coralum Ingots and 30 Ancient Bones.
