Its own rung on the weapon side is the Weapon Assembly Line II, a level 47 technology — but the axe unlocks at 44, so for three levels the only bench in your base that can build it is the Production Assembly Line II from the workshop family, which you already had at 42. Once you are past 47 the Advanced Workshop, the Advanced Weapon Assembly Line and the Ancient Workbench all accept it too, so nothing older needs to stay standing for this one recipe.
- (use) Queue it and walk away: the job carries four times the crafting work of the [[item:Axe_Tier_02]] one tier below, so a bench that turned out the refined axe in a minute of Handiwork will sit on this one far longer. Stack your best Handiwork Pals on it rather than waiting at the bench.
- (use) The [[item:Pickaxe_Steal]] is built from an identical shopping list — 10 Pal Metal Ingot, 10 High Quality Wooden Board, 100 Stone and 5 Corrosive Solvent apiece. Gather one double batch (20 ingots, 10 solvent) and you can unlock and craft both gathering tools in a single trip, since they share the same level 44 tier and the same benches.
