## Notes we already publish

- (location) Every rarity of this schematic shares one source and only one: treasure chests scattered across the Yakushima, a single copy per pull. Nothing else carries it — no Pal drops it, no merchant lists it, and it appears in no supply drop, dungeon stand or expedition return. There is no boss to farm and no way to aim at a particular tier, so opening Yakushima chests and taking what falls out is the whole method.
- (location) The same chests fund the craft. Hallowed Bar, which you need 20 of per plate, comes out of Yakushima treasure chests 4 to 10 at a time, and a second Yakushima chest pool pays 20 to 40 in one go — a finished piece from a single container. Clearing chests for the schematic stockpiles the metal for it on the same trip, so there is no separate material run to plan.
- (use) The plate is built at the Production Assembly Line, which the Technology tree hands over at level 29 for 3 points and which draws 200 power once it is wired in. Every rarity goes through that same bench — there is no upgraded-workshop gate stacked above it the way several legendary weapon ladders have, so unlocking it once covers the entire tier ladder. Each plate is 40,000 work, and the bench wants a Handiwork Pal assigned to move at all.
- (use) The Hallowed set splits the decision cleanly. This plate is the only body piece in it, while the four head pieces — Hallowed Mask, Hallowed Helmet, Hallowed Headgear and Hallowed Hood — each cost the same 20 Hallowed Bar and each favours a different way of fighting: melee, ranged, magic and summon in that order. Only the body piece carries temperature resistance, and it is the sole piece of equipment in the game granting Yakushima Protection. The plate is therefore fixed and the head slot is where the build gets expressed, which makes a full kit 40 Hallowed Bar and one choice.
- (strategy) On raw numbers the plain build is not an upgrade for anyone who has worked through the Technology tree: 200 defence and 650 HP sits under Pal Metal Armor's 220 and 750, and well short of Plasteel Armor at 385 and 1300. What the plate actually buys is the Yakushima Protection effect plus cold and heat resistance in one slot, which makes it a situational outfit for Yakushima content rather than a replacement for your best armour. Push the schematic tier up before expecting it to hold anywhere else.
