- (drops) Chests are the slow lane. The Moon Lord raid hands out the graded sheets outright: the level 50 fight drops Vortex Beater Schematic 2 ([[item:Blueprint_YakushimaGun001_3]]) at 25%, and the level 80 Master rerun drops Vortex Beater Schematic 4 ([[item:Blueprint_YakushimaGun001_5]]) at the same 25%. Four clears on average per sheet, and the loop pays for itself — the level 50 kill always leaves a [[item:PalSummon_YakushimaBoss002_2]] behind, and every Master clear returns another one, so you never have to go back to the dungeon for a summon after the first.
- (use) Merging this base sheet upward costs five copies per step, and it compounds: 5 for Schematic 1, 25 for Schematic 2, 125 for Schematic 3, 625 for Schematic 4. At the 4.3% chest rate that last figure is on the order of fourteen thousand grade 5 chest pulls, against about four Master raid clears for the same paper. Merge only to burn duplicates you already have; never farm the base sheet as a route to the top one.
- (strategy) The grade you carry sets the bill, not just the damage. This sheet's craft is 40 Hallowed Bar, 20 Pal Metal Ingot and 5 Electric Organ; the Schematic 4 version of the same gun wants 480 Hallowed Bar, 240 Pal Metal Ingot and 25 Electric Organ. Hallowed Bar is the constraint at every rung — line up the smelting before the schematic, or the top sheet sits in your bag doing nothing.
