## Notes we already publish

- (use) The four schematics do not re-roll the same coat — each one builds a heavier piece. Defence runs 45, 58, 63, 67, 72 from the base craft up through the Uncommon, Rare, Epic and Legendary builds, HP runs 140, 182, 196, 210, 224, and durability goes 600, 900, 1200, 1800, 2400. What never moves is the part people buy this armour for: Heat Resistance sits at Lv. 2 and fire damage reduction at Lv. 1 on every tier, so a Legendary lets you into exactly the same ground the plain one does. The ladder buys survivability in the fight, not a hotter climate.
- (use) Each schematic build also carries a third passive the base craft has no room for — Attack Up (S), worth +3 Shot Attack at Uncommon and rising to +6, +9 and +12 by Legendary. If you fight with guns rather than melee, that passive is the reason to rank the armour up at all; if you never draw a firearm, the extra defence is the whole of what a tier is worth to you.
- (use) Materials barely double across the ladder: Leather 15/18/22/26/30, Flame Organ 4/5/6/7/8 and Copper Ingot 10/12/15/17/20 for the five builds, with one Ancient Civilization Part on the Legendary and nothing below it. Work is what actually scales — 10,000 on the base craft against 320,000 on the Legendary. Queue the top tier on a bench with good hands on it and walk away; the ore is never the bottleneck here.
- (location) Chasing the Legendary schematic directly is the slowest way to get one. Grasslands supply drops carry all four tiers, but at 5.72% for the Uncommon against 0.05% for the Legendary, and five of any tier combine into one of the next. Run the division and each of the three lower tiers is worth roughly 0.046% of a Legendary per drop — near enough the 0.05% the Legendary rolls at on its own. Keep every copy and combine upward and a Grasslands drop is worth close to four times what it is worth if you only stop for the top one.
- (location) Beyond supply drops, the schematics sit in the grade 2 to 5 loot pools of the Grasslands and Forest — camp chests, world chests, crates on the small oil rig, and tier 1 treasure map digs, which hold everything from Rare upward. Fishing those two regions pulls them too, which is the route almost nobody runs; if you are already parked at a fishing spot with a stack of bait, you are farming this ladder whether you meant to or not.
- (use) None of the tiers move you to a new building. The High-Quality Workbench sits at Technology 11, five levels below the armour's own unlock, and it takes the Legendary recipe exactly as it takes the plain one — the Ancient Civilization Part in that recipe is a material, not a gate, so the Ancient Workbench at Technology 67 is never part of this. The powered lines that come later accept the same job, so put the 320,000-work craft on whichever bench your Handiwork crew already stands next to.
- (strategy) The Cold Resistant Pelt Armor is this same armour with Ice Organ where the Flame Organ goes — defence, HP, durability and gold value match tier for tier, all the way up. Rank one and you already know what the other costs, and holding both means the volcano and the snowfields need no other gear change between them.
