## Notes we already publish

- (use) The Attack buff lasts 600 seconds — a full ten minutes off one serving, which is long enough to cover an entire tower boss attempt without stopping to eat again mid-fight.
- (use) The dish carries a second effect its in-game text never mentions: 25% hunger resistance, running for the same 600 seconds as the Attack bonus. That slows the drain that normally forces a second meal partway through a long trip, so a stack of these covers both the damage window and the food bar.
- (use) Cooking it needs a proper kitchen, not a campfire. The Cooking Pot at Technology level 17 is the earliest station that can make it; the Electric Kitchen (level 41), Large-Scale Stone Oven (level 49) and Ancient Kitchen (level 70) all handle the same recipe later, faster.
- (strategy) 10% is the bottom rung of the Attack-food ladder. [[item:BLT]] gives 15%, [[item:Yakisoba]], [[item:DeerLocoMoco]] and [[item:Cheeseburger_2]] each give 20%, and [[item:Curry]] tops out at 25% — every one of them for the same 600-second window. Once those recipes are open, keep Gyoza around for the hunger-resist rider rather than the damage.
