## Notes we already publish

- (use) The Missile Ammo technology sits at level 56 and costs a single technology point. The [[item:GuidedMissileLauncher]] tech unlocks at that same level for 5 points, so one visit to the tech screen at 56 buys both the launcher and the ability to feed it.
- (use) Two weapons burn this ammo: the [[item:GuidedMissileLauncher]] and the [[item:MultiGuidedMissileLauncher]]. The Multi loads 4 missiles per magazine against the single-shot launcher's 1, so it empties a stack four times as fast between reloads — a 10-missile craft is ten shots on one and two and a half magazines on the other.
- (strategy) Schematic rarity raises the launcher's damage but never the ammo cost — a base launcher hits for 5,900 per missile and the legendary tier for 8,850, both spending one Missile Ammo per shot. Chasing better missile launcher schematics is therefore a straight 50% damage gain for the same Pal Metal Ingot and Computer spend.
- (use) The [[item:Computer]] is the real bottleneck in the recipe, not the ore. Every batch of 10 eats one, and a Computer itself wants Plasteel x3, Circuit Board x2, Bio Battery x2 and Carbon Fiber x2 — so sustained missile use means a standing production chain for those four, not just a Pal Metal run.
