## Notes we already publish

- (use) "Slightly raises" is worth a number: the whistle carries Element Boost (Ground) Lv. 3, which is +18% Ground damage. Nothing gates it — no health threshold, no stance, no cooldown — it runs the whole time the whistle sits in an accessory slot. The buff is aimed at your active Pal, so it moves with whatever you have out and does nothing for reserves in the party or Pals working the base.
- (strategy) The boost is element-scoped, not a general attack line: it lifts Ground-element damage only. On a Pal whose kit is all Ground moves that is close to a flat +18%; on a mixed-element attacker it touches one or two moves and leaves the rest untouched. Check the moveset you actually use before spending the slot on it — a plain partner-attack accessory is the better pick for a Pal that only happens to be Ground-typed on paper.
- (use) The internal ladder for this effect runs +6%, +12%, +18%, +20% across its four rungs, and the whistle already sits on the third. Only two percentage points exist above it, so once you have one there is nothing meaningful left to chase in the Ground-boost line — bank further Ancient Civilization Parts for a different slot instead.
- (use) The recipe never appears in the technology tree. It unlocks only while the Ground Support Whistle Schematic ([[item:Blueprint_Otomo_ElementBoost_Earth_1_2]]) is in your inventory, and once unlocked it needs a High-Quality Workbench or a later assembly line to craft — a Primitive Workbench will not take it. Build the bench before you go hunting the schematic, so a lucky chest is not sitting in your bag for hours.
