- (location) The recipe is not on the technology tree, so no amount of levelling will hand it to you. It stays locked until you find its schematic, which means the real cost of this whistle is a loot run, not the material list.
- (location) Oil Rig clears are the sane way to chase the schematic: it sits in a Grade 5 chest pool there at roughly 1.2% a roll. The two Sunreach Isle treasure pools also carry it, but only at about 0.16% and 0.12%, so farming the island for this one accessory is a bad trade.
- (location) There is also a fixed pickup that simply grants the schematic, bundled with 20 [[item:DogCoin]]. It is a one-off rather than a farmable pool, so claim it before you start rolling chests.
