## Basics

- Type: Accessory
- Gold value: 14580
- Weight: 2
- Max stack: 1

## Recipe

- Ingot x20
- Horn x20
- Cement x15
- Ancient Civilization Parts x2

## Notes we already publish

- (use) The accessory grants Element Boost (Neutral) Lv. 3, which is worth +18% Neutral damage. It is an Otomo-only effect: the bonus lands on the Pal fighting at your side and does nothing for your own weapons.
- (strategy) The +18% is locked to the Neutral element, so a Pal whose attacks are Fire, Water or anything else gets nothing at all from the slot. Reserve it for a Neutral attacker; for other elements, swap to the matching whistle in the same family.
- (use) [[item:Otomo_ElementBoost_Normal_2]] and [[item:Otomo_ElementBoost_Normal_3]] carry the identical Lv. 3 passive, so pushing a whistle to +1 or +2 does not raise the Neutral damage bonus above +18%.
- (location) No technology level unlocks the recipe — it is gated behind [[item:Blueprint_Otomo_ElementBoost_Normal_1_2]]. That schematic only rolls out of grade 5 containers: roughly a 3.4% share in Feybreak Cavern treasure chests, 1.2% from crates on the oil rigs, and 0.2% from ordinary Feybreak chests, which makes the cavern chests the run worth repeating.
- (location) A hack terminal — the puzzle building added with the Tides of Terraria update — pays out the same schematic bundled with 20 [[item:DogCoin]], so clearing one skips the chest gamble entirely.
- (use) Each craft costs 30,000 work, far more than the material bill suggests, so queue it on a bench staffed by high-Handiwork Pals rather than hand-crafting it.
