- (use) The recipe is a Technology tree unlock at level 74 for 5 Technology points — ordinary points, not Ancient Technology points, so nothing has to be farmed from bosses to buy it. Nothing in the sphere line sits above it, and it is seven levels past [[item:PalSphere_Ancient_1]] at 67, which makes 74 the level where sphere upgrades stop mattering.
- (strategy) Each one takes 1,000,000 work to assemble — roughly 1.7x a [[item:PalSphere_Ancient_1]] and over three times an [[item:PalSphere_Exotic]]. Even on an Advanced Sphere Assembly Line with a full Handiwork crew that is a long queue for a single sphere, so treat the bench as a trickle and the VeryHard expeditions as the real supply: they return 10-20 per run at a guaranteed rate.
- (use) Mythical Wood is the part of the recipe that stalls people, because it is not chopped from trees — recycling Ancient Relics returns it every time, with the better relic grades handing back several units per relic. Bank relics on the way through the World Tree rather than spending them elsewhere if you plan to craft spheres in bulk.
