## Notes we already publish

- (use) The slab does nothing in your bag. It has to be handed to a Summoning Altar, which is a base structure at Technology level 33 costing 100 Stone and 20 Paldium Fragments, and that is the only way any slab in the game gets spent. Build the altar somewhere with room to fight and fall back — the Lv 55 Blazamut Ryu appears where the altar stands and will chase you through anything you have built around it.
- (use) One summon costs one slab, but you only ever pay it once. Every clear of the Lv 55 fight returns, at 100%, a [[item:PalSummon_KingBahamut_Dragon_2]] along with 2 to 4 Ancient Civilization Cores, 5 to 7 Training Manual (XL), a Dragon Skill Fruit: Beam Slicer and one Applied Handbook I of your choice from Mining, Lumbering or Gathering. The Ultra slab opens the Lv 80 version of the same fight, and that one hands back an Ultra slab of its own on every win. So the four fragments are an entry fee into a loop, not a recurring cost — nobody needs to farm a second plain slab.
- (strategy) The Pal you summon changes type partway through the fight, which breaks most counter teams built for the opening. It starts as the Fire-Dragon Blazamut Ryu and throws Dragon Meteor, Eruption, Fire Ball and Flame Wall. On the mode change it drops all four of those, becomes pure Electricity, and picks up Thunder Storm, Thunder Rain, Ranged Thunder, Thunderbolt and Lightning Strike. Water and Ice answers that carried phase one stop being efficient; Ground damage only starts paying after the flip. Bring both halves on the team or plan to swap.
- (strategy) The flip is not just a move swap. It hits every Pal on the field with the Electrical status the moment it triggers, and the boss gains two separate defence boosts, a Dragon element boost and a movement speed increase that it keeps for the rest of the fight. Your damage per second is highest before the change, so front-load ammunition and skill fruits into phase one rather than saving them.
