## Notes we already publish

- (use) Brewing these needs the medicine line, not a Primitive Workbench: the Medieval Medicine Workbench is a Technology point at level 12, and the recipe carries forward to the Electric Medicine Workbench (43), the Advanced Medicine Workbench (61) and an Ancient Workbench, so the entry bench can be torn down once you have moved up. The level 12 node is not a hard gate on the item itself, though — caravan and dungeon merchants both stock it at 2,820 Gold, and Grasslands chests, camps and fishing all roll it, so a pre-level-12 player buys and loots this grade instead of crafting it.
- (use) It is not a player-only item. Point it at a Pal in your party when you use it, or open the Pal menu and pick the feed option for a Pal working at your base. It will not bring back a Pal that has already gone down, so it patches damage between fights rather than saving one.
- (strategy) The heal lands over several seconds rather than in one lump, and a green cross sits in your inventory while it is ticking, so drink it before you take the hit, not after. That makes it the cheap answer to steady chip damage — pushing into a zone that out-levels you, or running for cover on a heat or cold map once your armour has broken — while the burst grades ([[item:Potion_High]], [[item:Potion_Extreme]]) are what you save for a fight you are losing right now.
