- Cloth x12
- Coralum Ingot x12
- Electric Organ x20
- Paldium Fragment x30

## Notes we already publish

- (use) The recipe sits at Technology level 66 and costs 4 points to learn, then the saddle itself is assembled at a Pal Gear Workbench. The plain [[item:SkillUnlock_KingSunfish]] is a separate entry one level earlier at 3 points, so owning that one does nothing for you here — budget 7 points across the two if you keep both [[pal:KingSunfish]] and [[pal:KingSunfish_Thunder]] saddled.
- (use) What the saddle switches on is Shocking Fish, and its headline effect is a conversion rather than a buff: while the skill is live your ranged attacks count as Electric, with a ranged attack bonus that climbs 5 / 7 / 10 / 14 / 20% across the five skill ranks. Worth pairing with a gun you would otherwise be firing at Water or Flying targets, since the element swap comes free of any ammo change.
- (strategy) Keeping Solmora Lux in the party lifts the odds that a fished-up Pal rolls high talents to 74 / 76 / 78 / 80 / 82% by rank — a couple of points above the base Solmora's 70-to-80 ladder. If you fish for breeding stock, this is the one to have out even when you are not riding.
- (strategy) As transport the Lux is not an upgrade: it swims at exactly the same 1300 sprint on 220 stamina as the ordinary Solmora, and drops to 900 on land. The extra level and tech point buy the Electric conversion and the fishing odds, not speed, so there is no reason to re-saddle a Solmora you already ride purely for travel.
