## Notes we already publish

- (location) Level 40 is the gate, not the bill of materials — the recipe is a 2-point Technology entry, and nothing in it needs an Ingot, so the only line that sends you hunting is the 10 Flame Organ. The plain Chillet Saddle unlocks at level 11 for those same 2 points, which means a Chillet Ignis bred out of a Chillet and Flame Buffalo pairing in the twenties sits in the box for a long stretch while an ordinary Chillet is already being ridden. Build it at a Pal Gear Workbench once the entry is bought.
- (use) The saddle is what switches on Sparkling Weasel, and every part of that skill is conditional on you being in the seat: Chillet Ignis becomes rideable, your own shots convert to the Fire element, and your ranged attack goes up 5%. Condensing lifts that last figure to 7, 10, 14 and 20% at four stars. Nothing in it touches melee, so a player who fights with a weapon in hand gets a mount out of this and no damage at all.
- (strategy) The element swap is the whole decision. Fire shots cut through Grass and Ice and give Water Pals a resistance they would not have had, which is the reverse of the Dragon conversion the ordinary Chillet Saddle hands you. Check Pyrin before you spend the points, though: Pyrin's saddle carries the identical Fire conversion and the identical 5-to-20% ranged ladder for the same 2 points at level 29, sprints 1300 against Chillet Ignis's 1050 on the same 100 stamina, and shoots at 95 against 85. Chillet Ignis does not even gain ground on its own Ice form — both mounts run 1050. What is left in its favour is an Ingot-free recipe where Pyrin's asks for 15, and Gathering 3 next to the Kindling 4 they both bring to a base. Build this for the Fire Dragon you already own, not as something to level toward.
