# Relaxaurus Lux

One day a Relaxaurus figured it was about time for a change, and right then an electric shock ripped through its body.

## Notes we already publish

- (use) Its electricity rank decides which generator it can stand at, and rank 4 clears two of the three. The Power Generator and the Large Power Generator both ask for rank 1, so any Electric Pal runs them and the level only sets the pace. The Ancient Power Generator is the wall: it demands rank 6, and exactly three Pals in the Paldeck are born that high — Orserk at 8, Solmora Lux and Dynamoff at 6. Relaxaurus Lux sits two ranks short of the only building that cares.
- (use) Those two ranks are for sale rather than bred for. The Applied Generating Electricity Handbook I permanently adds +1 to a Pal's affinity and the Medal Shop stocks it at 300 Dog Coins, so 600 coins spent on one Relaxaurus Lux does what hunting an Orserk would. Worth knowing before you commit: the plain Relaxaurus keeps Watering 3, which the ancient generator also wants on hand because it overheats while running, and the electric version trades that suitability away entirely — this one can staff the generator or cool it, never both.
- (drops) A boss kill is a different payout, not a larger one. The boss sheet flattens the Pal Oil and Electric Organ lines to 0% and pays 3 to 5 Ancient Civilization Parts and 3 to 5 Precious Dragon Stone instead, both guaranteed. Dragon Stone is the top of the five Precious sell materials at 15,000 gold value each — ahead of Entrails at 12,500, Plume at 10,000, Claw at 7,500 and Pelt at 5,000 — which makes a single boss worth 45,000 to 75,000 gold in stones alone. Twenty-two boss tables in the game pay in Dragon Stone and this one sits tenth by quantity; Jetragon's 7 to 9 leads them all.
- (drops) For Electric Organ it is the ordinary spawns you want, since the boss drops none. A normal kill hands over 2 to 3 every time, which is a top-three yield among the 23 Pals that carry the material — only Prixter Lux at 4 to 5 and Grizzbolt at 2 to 4 beat it. That matters because the material is spent by the hundred: the Large Power Generator and the Ancient Power Generator want 200 each, and the Accumulator and the basic Power Generator another 20 apiece.
- (catch) Buying one gets you the weakest Relaxaurus Lux available anywhere. Of the 51 Pals a merchant will sell, this is one of only two whose entire stock band sits at or beneath the wild floor — shop level 42 to 48 against wild spawns of 48 to 80. Every other purchasable Pal starts you at or above what the island hands out. Take the shop route for a base worker, breeding stock or condenser fodder, where the level on the card never mattered, and hunt a wild one if it is going to fight.
