The Medal Shop that sells it for 200 Dog Coin stands by the Isle of Silence Church Ruins fast travel point, so you can teleport straight there. Coins are worth spending here once you run out of Predator Core. If you still have cores, brew the elixir and keep the coins for stock you can't craft.

Using Might Elixir Well
You don't need to wait for the Advanced Medicine Workbench to make this. The Electric Medicine Workbench (technology level 43) already has the recipe, and the Ancient Workbench can brew it too. Any of them needs a Pal with Medicine Production working it. The inputs are what slow you down: the six Power Lotus (L) are gathered in the field, and the two Predator Core only drop from Predator Pals, so stockpile both before you queue a batch.
