Using Lamball Mutton Well
Never eat it raw. One mutton restores 37 hunger by itself, but the same single piece becomes Lamball Kebab for 52 with no other ingredient, Herb Roasted Lamball for 94 plus 12 SAN once you add 2x Red Berries, or Grilled Lamball for 147 plus 18 SAN with 2x Lettuce. Lettuce is the only one of the three that needs a farm, and it nearly quadruples what each carcass is worth.
Because every dish consumes exactly 1 mutton, stock is the limiting factor and not the recipe — cook the Lettuce version whenever your plot is producing and fall back to Red Berries only when it is not. Feeding raw mutton into a feed box wastes over 100 hunger per piece compared with cooking it first.
