Where to Find Disposable Implant: Sacred Flesh
Disposable Implant: Sacred Flesh shows up as world loot — recycling Decayed Ancient Relics, recycling Dormant Ancient Relics and recycling Gorgeous Ancient Relics, and 2 more pools besides.
The implant is not the only way to get Sanctified Meat Shield, and the free route is easy to miss because it is tied to one place. The passive is flagged to appear when a World Tree Pal rolls its traits, and that is the only roll it is switched on for — it is excluded from the pool an ordinary wild catch draws from, and from the alpha and mutated-Pal pools as well. A Pal captured at the World Tree can therefore turn up already carrying it, costing no relic at all, while a Pal caught anywhere else on the map can never produce it no matter how many spheres you spend.

Using Disposable Implant: Sacred Flesh Well
You cannot aim that capture at this passive specifically. All seven of the World Tree passives carry the same lottery weight, so when a World Tree Pal does roll one, each of the seven is equally likely — the defence trait is no rarer and no more common than the work-speed, movement, attack, stomach or sanity versions, or the paired Disposable Implant: God of Destruction trait. Catching for a named one of the seven is a one-in-seven draw on top of the roll itself, which is exactly why the implant exists: it is the only way to choose.
Fitting it asks for nothing but the implant. The Pal Surgery Table charges no gold on top, so the whole price of the passive is the Glistening Ancient Relic that produced the implant — there is no reason to bank one waiting on a currency.
The half of this passive worth having points at you rather than the Pal. The +50% defence and the −30% attack both land on the Pal holding it, but the clause that stops World Tree harvestables vanishing as you approach is flagged at the Pal and its trainer together — so it is working on your gathering run, not just on that Pal's own survivability. That makes the attack penalty close to free: put it on the Pal you take to the World Tree for Mythical Wood and Paloxite, not on a front-line fighter, and you are paying a stat you were never going to use.
No Pal in the game is born with Sanctified Meat Shield, so a breeding chain has to be seeded once before inheritance can carry it anywhere — and there are only two seeds. Either you spend an implant, or you catch a World Tree Pal that rolled it. Both put an identical trait into your line, and from there it passes down like any other passive, so a single lucky capture at the World Tree is worth more to a breeding project than a stack of relics you have not recycled yet. Strip that Pal down to the traits you actually want before you breed it, because whatever else it rolled travels too.
The Passive Disposable Implant: Sacred Flesh Grants
Disposable Implant: Sacred Flesh adds Sanctified Meat Shield to a Pal that does not have it. It is one of the strongest traits in the game, which is why it exists as an implant at all — the odds of rolling it are poor.
Sanctified Meat Shield changes Defense by +50, Shot Attack by -30.
No Pal is born with Sanctified Meat Shield, so an implant is the only way to get it onto anything — that is what makes these worth holding rather than selling.
