The in-game text leaves the summoned Pal's level as "??". It is 80 — twenty-five levels above the Lv 55 Blazamut Ryu that the plain Blazamut Ryu Slab calls down, and the same Pal both times. Beating the standard raid is what puts this slab in your hands, so the fight it opens is a step past the one you have already proven you can win, not a rerun of it.

Offering it costs a Summoning Altar in a base: Technology level 33, 100 Stone and 20 Paldium Fragments. That is the only place a slab of any kind can be handed over.

Both raids drop the Ultra Slab at 100%, so the four-fragment craft is a fallback rather than a route. If you have lost your slab, one clear of the Lv 55 Blazamut Ryu raid replaces it outright and costs nothing but the altar.

A clear pays 10 Ancient Civilization Cores, 10 Training Crystals, the Horns of Supremacy head gear, two copies of whichever Applied Handbook I you pick from Mining, Lumbering or Gathering — and one Blazamut Ryu (Ultra) Slab. The slab comes back on every win, so the first clear buys an unlimited loop: ten free Pal levels and ten Cores per run, off a fight you never have to re-earn entry to. Nothing else in the game hands over the Horns of Supremacy, which makes this raid the whole supply.
