Where to Find Hartalis (Ultra) Slab
Hartalis (Ultra) Slab is not something you find lying around — you craft it, and the recipe is below.
Using Hartalis (Ultra) Slab Well
Read the two acquisition routes as a hierarchy, not alternatives. Because a cleared Lv 70 Hartalis raid returns this slab with no roll attached, the four-fragment recipe is a fallback for stockpiling rather than the intended path — and because the Lv 80 fight also returns one, the Ultra tier funds its own re-entry indefinitely. Only the first slab ever has to be sourced; after that the loop is closed and Hartalis (Ultra) Slab Fragment stops mattering.
The slab does nothing without a Summoning Altar, which sits at Ancient Technology level 33 and costs 3 Ancient Technology Points to unlock, then Stone x100 and Paldium Fragment x20 to build. Worth knowing early, because the Lv 70 raid can hand you an Ultra Slab before you have spent the points — one altar serves forever, but nothing substitutes for it.
Do not burn Ultra slabs chasing the Pal. The Hartalis reward weighting is identical in both tiers — 10% boss variant against 90% standard Hartalis — so the Lv 80 fight buys no better odds than the Lv 70 one, only a harder fight for the same roll. Farm the normal raid when you want the Pal and save these for when you want the Cores, the Training Crystals and the crown.
What the Lv 80 fight actually pays, which is the reason to spend the slab: Ancient Civilization Core x10 and Training Crystal x10, both fixed amounts at 100%, plus Crown of Salvation x1. The Lv 70 version rolls 4–7 Cores and 4–6 Training Crystals and hands out Skill Fruit: Holy Burst in the armour slot instead. So Ultra is roughly double the yield with the variance stripped out, and the crown is exclusive to it — there is no other route to that piece.
The raid also gives a pick-one bonus from Applied Kindling Handbook I, Applied Watering Handbook I and Applied Planting Handbook I. Ultra grants 2 copies of whichever you take against the Lv 70 fight's 1. Work suitability handbooks accumulate slowly from every other source, so decide before the run which of Kindling, Watering or Planting your base is actually short on — this is the half of the table players tend to click through.
Raid Boss Rewards
Hartalis (Ultra) Slab drops from 2 different raid bosses, so the one worth summoning is whichever you can already beat reliably.
