Using Omelet Well
The campfire you start the game with cannot make this. Omelet needs a Cooking Pot or one of the kitchens above it, and the pot is a level 17 technology costing 2 points plus 15 Ingot, 5 Wooden Board and 3 Flame Organ. It is also the only one of the four you can stand at and cook yourself — the Electric Kitchen (level 41), the Large-Scale Stone Oven (level 49) and the Ancient Kitchen (level 70) are worker stations only, so a base with a big kitchen and nobody assigned to it produces nothing. The first three all run on Kindling; the Ancient Kitchen asks for no work suitability at all, which means any hand at the base can keep it going.
The Attack boost is +10% and it runs for 600 seconds — ten minutes, long enough to cover a tower boss or a full dungeon floor if you eat on the way in rather than at the base. Stir-Fried Veggies carries exactly the same +10% for exactly the same ten minutes off far cheaper ingredients, so save the eggs for fights where you also want the 67 hunger and the sanity back, and cook vegetables for everything else.
One plate costs 2 Egg and 1 Tomato and 6,000 work at the pot, close to double what a grilled cut takes, so this is a dish you queue at a base and collect later rather than one you make between fights. Eggs are the throttle: two per omelet means a single Chikipi on a Ranch will not keep a fighting stack topped up, and the tomatoes want a plantation of their own before the buff becomes something you can rely on having ready.
