The recipe sits at level 74 and costs 4 points, but it is cooked at the Ancient Kitchen, a separate level 70 structure that costs another 4 points and 80 Soralite Ingot, 50 Cryogenic Coolant, 30 Thermal Core and 10 Ancient Civilization Core to build. Buying the recipe before you can afford the stove leaves it uncookable.
