Using Mind Control Meds Well
You cannot make this one by hand. It carries no handcraft flag, so it never appears in the player crafting menu — it is a medicine workbench product, and the bench tier that lists it starts at the Electric Medicine Workbench, 3 technology points at level 43 (40 Refined Ingot, 10 Circuit Board, 10 Carbon Fiber to build). The Advanced Medicine Workbench at level 61 makes it too. Neither of those two benches accepts player labour the way the level 12 Medieval bench does: both are flagged worker-only, so every point of progress on the bar comes from base Pals with Medicine Production.
Read the description literally: it restores nothing. The item's numbers are 0 Health, 0 Sanity and 1 point of satiety, with no status effect attached, so it will not cure Weakened or Depressed and it is not an emergency heal — High Grade Medical Supplies is what you want for that. Ten Refined Ingot, ten Horn, five Bone and three Aquatic Pal Fluids buy you a curio and a single bite of food.
One copy is 1,000,000 work at the bench. That is 20x High Grade Medical Supplies at 50,000, 67x ordinary Medical Supplies at 15,000 and 200x Low Grade Medical Supplies at 5,000 — the single most expensive thing the medicine line can be told to build, and the reason a batch of these will sit in the queue while your medicine stock runs dry behind it. If you want one, queue it on a bench you are not relying on for High Grade Medical Supplies.
