Using Sol Sphere Well
The recipe is not free — it sits on the Technology tree at level 67 and costs 5 Technology points. Those are ordinary points, not Ancient Technology points, so nothing has to be dismantled from a statue to afford it.
It is flagged as bench-only, so the hand-craft menu will never offer it no matter how many Paldium Fragments you carry. Research the tech, then stand at a sphere production bench in a base to turn out any.
Internally it sits at rank 10, the same top tier as the Ancient Sphere and four rungs above the Legendary Sphere, so it is the throw to save for alphas and Pals you have already worn down rather than something to spend on field catches.
