Divine Dragon's Baton

Accessory3

Lifts the Attack of the Pal at your side and gives their Dragon damage a large boost.

Wearing it also carries the effects Pal Attack Up Lv. 4, Pal Dragon Damage Enhancement Lv. 4, which matters more than the raw numbers in the biomes that punish you for the wrong outfit.

Nothing is crafted from it — it is an end product, so anything you make is meant to be used rather than banked as a component.

It does not stack, so every spare copy costs an inventory slot. At 67,200 gold it is worth real money to a merchant.

Divine Dragon's Baton Crafting Recipe

Work: 200000

Crafting it takes 65 materials across 4 types.

Where to Find Divine Dragon's Baton

The recipe is not on the Technology tree — it is locked behind a schematic you have to find first. The best single source is treasure chests in the Sunreach Isle at 2.4% per container, and the table below lists every tier and where each one drops.

The recipe on this page is not a technology you can research — no amount of Technology Points opens it. It stays locked until the Divine Dragon's Baton Schematic (Divine Dragon's Baton Schematic) is in your hands, and that paper only appears on grade 5 chest tables in three places: 2.38% from chests in the Sunreach Skies caverns, 0.98% from the crates on the large oil rig, and 0.19% from ordinary Sunreach Isle field chests. That works out to roughly 42 cavern chests, 102 rig crates or 520 field chests per copy, so the Sunreach Skies caverns are the only route worth running deliberately — the field chests are a hundred-hour accident, not a farm. The baton also cannot be hand-crafted from your inventory menu once unlocked; it needs a bench, and the five Ancient Civilization Cores (Ancient Civilization Core) mean a tower boss or Feybreak run has to come first either way.

Using Divine Dragon's Baton Well

This is a player accessory that does nothing for the player. Every point of it lands on the one Pal out of its sphere beside you: an attack lift plus a large Dragon-damage multiplier on top. The Dragon half is dead weight unless that partner actually deals Dragon damage — a non-Dragon Pal gets the attack line and nothing else, which is a poor return on an accessory slot at this price. Check the Pal's moveset rather than its element badge, because the boost keys off the damage type of the move being thrown, so a mixed-element attacker only sees the bonus on the Dragon entries in its move list.

There are nine of these batons, one per element, and they are all built to the same pattern — the Celestial Emperor's Baton (Celestial Emperor's Baton) and the seven others differ only in which damage type they amplify. Treat them as a swap set keyed to whichever Pal is riding shotgun, not as a permanent slot. None of the nine has a rarity upgrade above the base version, so once you have crafted one that line is finished and every further copy of the schematic is dead paper — worth knowing before you keep grinding the caverns for a second one.

What Divine Dragon's Baton Does

Divine Dragon's Baton grants Pal Attack Up Lv. 4: Shot Attack +16.

Divine Dragon's Baton grants Pal Dragon Damage Enhancement Lv. 4: Dragon damage +20.

Those figures apply to the Pal out of its sphere and fighting beside you, not to your own character — the item does nothing while your team is in storage.

Schematics That Unlock Divine Dragon's Baton

Divine Dragon's Baton is not learned from the Technology tree — you need a schematic for it. One schematic grants the recipe, and they are world loot — chests, boss Pals and the late-game pools — rather than anything you research. Higher-rarity copies of the same schematic raise the quality of what you end up crafting.

Fastest route. The top-tier Divine Dragon's Baton schematic is worth hunting directly — treasure chests in the Sunreach Isle is its best source, at roughly 42 containers a copy. Schematics fuse five-to-one, so a lower tier with better odds can beat the top tier outright. Counts are containers of that source, not time.
