Where to Find Attack Support Whistle
The recipe is not on the Technology tree — it is locked behind a schematic you have to find first. The best single source is treasure chests in the Feybreak at 3.4% per container, and the table below lists every tier and where each one drops.
No technology level unlocks this recipe. You need Attack Support Whistle Schematic sitting in your inventory before the whistle will appear as a craftable, and that schematic only turns up in the highest loot grade: treasure chests inside Feybreak Cavern carry it at roughly 3.4%, crates on the oil rigs at about 1.2%, and open chests around Feybreak at a thin 0.2%. The cavern is the only one of the three worth farming deliberately.
Using Attack Support Whistle Well
The equip effect is worth +12% Attack, and it is a level 3 buff — one step below the level 4 attack boost the elemental batons carry. It applies only to the Pal currently out fighting with you: your own damage, your reserve team and anything working back at base get nothing from it. The matching Defense Support Whistle runs +15% Defense under the same partner-only rule, so the pair covers both halves of a partner's survivability budget if you can spare the slots.
Because the boost is a percentage rather than a flat number, it pays out in proportion to the partner's own Attack stat. Move it onto whichever Pal you actually send out to fight — a fully condensed, souped-up damage dealer gains several times more raw damage from the same whistle than a low-Attack utility Pal does.

Those figures apply to the Pal out of its sphere and fighting beside you, not to your own character — the item does nothing while your team is in storage.

Attack Support Whistle is not learned from the Technology tree — you need a schematic for it. One schematic grants the recipe, and they are world loot — chests, boss Pals and the late-game pools — rather than anything you research. Higher-rarity copies of the same schematic raise the quality of what you end up crafting.
Fastest route. The top-tier Attack Support Whistle schematic is worth hunting directly — treasure chests in the Feybreak is its best source, at roughly 29 containers a copy.
