Where to Find Dragon Support Whistle
The recipe is not on the Technology tree — it is locked behind a schematic you have to find first. The best single source is treasure chests in the Feybreak at 3.4% per container, and the table below lists every tier and where each one drops.
The recipe never appears in the technology tree. It unlocks only while the Dragon Support Whistle Schematic (Dragon Support Whistle Schematic) is sitting in your inventory, and the schematic is a grade-5 chest drop. Treasure chests inside Feybreak Cavern are far and away the best source at roughly a 3.4% share; crates on the oil rigs run about 1.2%, and ordinary chests out in the Feybreak barely register at 0.2%. Run the cavern, not the open world.
Using Dragon Support Whistle Well
"Nudges up" has a number behind it: the whistle carries Element Boost (Dragon) Lv. 3, worth +18% Dragon damage. There is no trigger and no cooldown — it applies for as long as the whistle occupies an accessory slot. The target is your active Pal only, so the bonus follows whichever Pal is out and does nothing for the rest of the party or for anything working at base.
The ladder for this effect runs +6%, +12%, +18%, +20%, and the whistle is already the third rung. Two percentage points are all that sit above it, so once one is built there is nothing worth chasing further in the Dragon-boost line. Build the High-Quality Workbench before you go schematic hunting — a Primitive Workbench will not take the recipe — and stockpile Pure Quartz, since this is one of the whistles that wants mined stone rather than an organ farmed off Pals.
The +18% lands on the same Dragon damage line that a Pal's own passives feed, and they add together rather than overwrite. Blood of the Dragon contributes +10% and Divine Dragon +30%, so a Divine Dragon roll wearing this whistle is sitting at +48% before anything else. Small permanent bonuses from clearing Dragon alphas stack in too — +1%, +2% or +3% depending on the boss, with Jetragon on the top rung. Roll for the passive first; the whistle is the cheap part.

Schematics fuse five-to-one, so a lower tier with better odds can beat the top tier outright. Counts are containers of that source, not time.
