What's on the Map

The layer list is grouped by what you are actually hunting for. Counts are per region, so a layer that looks small on the Palpagos Islands may have a second entry on the World Tree map. Toggle as many as you like at once — resource nodes draw as dots because there are thousands of them, while the hand-placed pickups draw as icons you can tap for a popup and a collected tick.

Travel

Fast travel statues, dungeon entrances, respawn points and the traders who stand in one place. Wandering merchants and Pal merchants roam rather than holding a fixed spot, so they are not pinned — the ones here are the ones that will still be there when you arrive.

Loot

How to Use the Map

Finding a Pal. Choose any Pal in the spawn picker and its habitat lights up — green for daytime, blue for spots that only wake up at night. The sidebar shows the wild level band for that species, so you can tell at a glance whether a habitat is worth visiting yet or whether you should come back twenty levels later.

Farming a material. Switch on the node layer for what you need and read the density, not just the pins: copper and coal cluster along cliff faces and cave mouths, while sulfur and quartz sit in the harsher biomes. If a layer looks empty in your corner of the island, that is the answer — go somewhere else rather than circling.

Clearing collectibles. Effigies, journals and chests are one-time pickups, so tap a marker and mark it collected. Your ticks are saved in this browser and the layer badge switches to a collected-out-of-total count, which makes a completion run much easier to resume.

Sharing a spot. The address bar updates as you toggle, so copying the URL hands someone the exact same view — same Pal, same region, same layers.
