Phantom Ring
Accessory3★Lengthens the invincibility window on rolls and sidesteps.
Wearing it also carries the effect Extended Dodge Immunity, which matters more than the raw numbers in the biomes that punish you for the wrong outfit.
This is where the crafting chain ends — nothing downstream consumes it, so a stockpile earns you nothing.
Details
It does not stack, so every spare copy costs an inventory slot. At 121,860 gold it is worth real money to a merchant.
Phantom Ring Crafting Recipe
Crafting it takes 85 materials across 4 types.
Where to Find Phantom Ring
Phantom Ring is not something you find lying around — you craft it, and the recipe is below.
Materials are not the gate here — the recipe is. Nothing in the tech tree unlocks this ring; the crafting entry only appears once the Phantom Ring Schematic (Phantom Ring Schematic) is sitting in your inventory, and that paper is grade 5 Sunreach loot. Our tables put it at 2.38% from treasure chests in the Sunreach Skies caverns, 0.98% from the crates on the large oil rig and 0.19% from ordinary Sunreach Isle chests — roughly 42 cavern treasure chests, 102 rig crates or 524 field chests per copy. Run the caverns; the field chests are twelve times the walking for the same sheet.
Using Phantom Ring Well
The schematic version is the Epic copy and it wants a Production Assembly Line, so the ring is an assembly-line project, not a workbench one. Stack the 30 Ancient Bones before you go schematic hunting rather than after — bone farming and Sunreach chest runs are different trips, and the ring sits idle until both are done. It does not stack: one per accessory slot, 2 weight.
The dodge-duration line this ring carries is the equip-skill version of the same effect Tropicaw hands out as a partner skill, where it scales 5 through 9 across levels. If a Tropicaw is already your field partner, you are paying 30 Refined Ingots, 15 Pal Metal and 30 Ancient Bones to reinforce a window you partly have; the ring earns its slot on runs where the partner slot is doing something else — a mount, a miner, or a damage skill — and on fights that punish a mistimed roll rather than a mistimed shot.
Schematics That Unlock Phantom Ring
Phantom Ring is not learned from the Technology tree — you need a schematic for it. One schematic grants the recipe, and they are world loot — chests, boss Pals and the late-game pools — rather than anything you research. Higher-rarity copies of the same schematic raise the quality of what you end up crafting.
