Where to Find Ring of Grass Resistance

The recipe is not on the Technology tree — it is locked behind a schematic you have to find first. The best single source is treasure chests in the Feybreak at 3.4% per container, and the table below lists every tier and where each one drops.

The recipe listed on this page is built at the High-Quality Workbench, and the four materials are all early-game stock: Ingot, Bone, Paldium Fragment and Gumoss Leaf, the last of which comes off Gumoss. A Rare copy exists as well, and there is no crafting route to it — it needs the Ring of Grass Resistance Schematic (Ring of Grass Resistance Schematic), which appears only on grade 5 chest tables, all of them in Feybreak: 3.45% from treasure chests in Feybreak Cavern, 1.18% from the oil rig crates, 0.19% from ordinary Feybreak field chests. That works out to roughly 29 cavern chests, 85 rig crates or 526 field chests per copy, so the cavern is the only one of the three worth farming on purpose.

Using Ring of Grass Resistance Well

"Slightly reduces" is the item text doing the ring a disservice. What it actually grants is Grass Damage Reduction Lv. 3, a flat 30% cut to every point of Grass damage that reaches you. Nothing gates it — no HP threshold, no stance, no partner Pal in the slot — it applies for as long as the ring is equipped in an accessory slot.

Skip the schematic hunt if you are after defence. The upgraded rings (Ring of Grass Resistance +1 and the +2 step) run the exact same Grass Damage Reduction Lv. 3 as the common one — same 30%, same weight of 2. The rarer paper changes the label and the sell price and nothing your health bar can feel. Craft the plain ring, keep it in your bag, and slot it for the fights where Grass damage is the whole threat: the Lily and Lyleen tower run, where every incoming hit is Grass, and Grass alphas out in the field. Against anything else it is dead weight, so treat it as a swap-in rather than a permanent slot.

Schematics That Unlock Ring of Grass Resistance

Ring of Grass Resistance is not learned from the Technology tree — you need a schematic for it. One schematic grants the recipe, and they are world loot — chests, boss Pals and the late-game pools — rather than anything you research. Higher-rarity copies of the same schematic raise the quality of what you end up crafting.

Fastest route. The top-tier Ring of Grass Resistance schematic is worth hunting directly — treasure chests in the Feybreak is its best source, at roughly 29 containers a copy. Schematics fuse five-to-one, so a lower tier with better odds can beat the top tier outright. Counts are containers of that source, not time.
