Pendant of Diligence
Accessory2★Worn gear for a small gain in Work Speed.
Wearing it also carries the effect Speedy Worker Lv. 3, which matters more than the raw numbers in the biomes that punish you for the wrong outfit.
It feeds no other recipe, which makes it a terminal item: craft what you will actually carry and stop there.
Details
It does not stack, so every spare copy costs an inventory slot. At 16,500 gold it is worth real money to a merchant.

Where to Find Pendant of Diligence
The recipe is not on the Technology tree — it is locked behind a schematic you have to find first. The best single source is treasure chests in the Feybreak at 3.4% per container, and the table below lists every tier and where each one drops.
There is no technology-point purchase for this one. The pendant is not on the tech tree at all, and the recipe only appears at your benches once the Pendant of Diligence Schematic (Pendant of Diligence Schematic) is in your hands — that is true of every accessory in the game, not just this one. The schematic rolls on grade 5 chest tables only: about 1.18% per oil rig crate, 0.16% per Feybreak Cavern chest, and 0.12% per ordinary Feybreak field chest. That works out to roughly 85 rig crates, 620 cavern chests or 860 field chests per copy, so the rig run is the only one of the three worth doing on purpose. One fixed cache also hands the schematic over outright alongside 20 Dog Coin, so a guaranteed copy exists somewhere outside the random rolls if the chests refuse to cooperate.
Using Pendant of Diligence Well
"Slightly raises Work Speed" is doing a lot of hiding. The pendant carries the third rung of the work-speed accessory passive, which is a flat +20% Work Speed with no condition attached — no stamina gate, no bench requirement, it runs the whole time the pendant occupies an accessory slot. Two things to be clear about. The buff is on the wearer: it speeds up what you personally swing at a bench, a campfire or a construction site, and it does nothing for how fast the Pals assigned to your base chew through the same job. And the passive ladder in the data has four rungs — 10, 15, 20 and 25 per cent — with every version of this pendant pinned to the 20 rung, so a lower figure quoted for it is a different rung of the same passive, not this item.
When the schematic lands, craft the plain pendant and leave it there. The two upgraded copies, Pendant of Diligence +1 and Pendant of Diligence +2, carry the identical passive at the identical +20% — combining schematics up to a fancier rarity moves the label and the gold value and nothing your work bar can feel. Plan the craft too: at 30,000 work it costs double what a resistance ring such as Ring of Water Resistance does, so queue it at a bench with Pals assigned rather than grinding it out by hand, and secure the 2 Ancient Civilization Parts before you start, since that is the only line on the bill you cannot mine or farm on demand.
What Pendant of Diligence Does
Pendant of Diligence grants Speedy Worker Lv. 3: Craft Speed +20.
Schematics That Unlock Pendant of Diligence
Pendant of Diligence is not learned from the Technology tree — you need a schematic for it. One schematic grants the recipe, and they are world loot — chests, boss Pals and the late-game pools — rather than anything you research. Higher-rarity copies of the same schematic raise the quality of what you end up crafting.
Fastest route. The top-tier Pendant of Diligence schematic is worth hunting directly — treasure chests in the Feybreak is its best source, at roughly 29 containers a copy. Schematics fuse five-to-one, so a lower tier with better odds can beat the top tier outright. Counts are containers of that source, not time.
| Schematic | Rarity | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| 2★ | Feybreak treasure chests, Crates on the oil rigs, Feybreak chests — best 3.4% (grade 5) |
