Best odds on that schematic are grade 5 treasure chests inside Feybreak Cavern at roughly 3.4% per chest, then crates on the oil rigs at about 1.2%; ordinary grade 5 chests elsewhere in the Feybreak sit near 0.2%, so clearing the cavern is worth more than farming the surface.
