Witch's Crown
Armor · ArmorHead4★Carries the ominous power of Bellanoir Libero (Ultra). Only the luckiest ever end up with one.
Witch's Crown is 114th of 202 head pieces by defense, at 30 against the 650 of Ancient Helm.
Wearing it also carries the effect Dragon Damage Reduction Lv. 1, which matters more than the raw numbers in the biomes that punish you for the wrong outfit.
This is where the crafting chain ends — nothing downstream consumes it, so a stockpile earns you nothing.

It does not stack, so every spare copy costs an inventory slot.
Witch's Crown Crafting Recipe
Crafting it takes 1 material across 1 type.
Where to Find Witch's Crown
Witch's Crown is not something you find lying around — you craft it, and the recipe is below.
There is no world drop and no shop for this one: the crown only comes out of the Ultra tier of the Bellanoir Libero raid. The path is a chain — collect 4 Bellanoir Libero (Ultra) Slab Fragment, craft them into one Bellanoir Libero (Ultra) Slab, then offer that slab at a Summoning Altar. The fragments come out of the standard Bellanoir Libero raid, so the lower tier is the farm and the Ultra tier is the payout.
Budget the crafting time before you plan a raid night. The Ultra slab costs 500,000 work to assemble — five times the standard Bellanoir Libero's Slab and fifty times Bellanoir's Slab. That is a production-line job for a base full of Handiwork Pals, not something you queue up between fights.
The Summoning Altar sits at technology level 33 and costs Stone x100 and Paldium Fragment x20 to build, so unlock and place it before you start banking fragments. Each summon consumes the slab, not the altar — one crown attempt per slab.
Using Witch's Crown Well
Upkeep is trivial for a raid-locked piece: 5000 durability and a repair bill of a single Copper Ingot. You will never realistically refarm this crown, but you also never have to — repair it at a workbench and it lasts the rest of the save.
The Dragon resistance on the crown is the reason to keep it equipped rather than shelve it as a trophy. Swapping it into the head slot for Dragon-heavy fights — the Blazamut Ryu and Xenolord raids, or a Jetragon hunt — cuts a chunk off the incoming hits that a plain defense stat would not.
What Witch's Crown Does

Alternatives and Upgrades
Horns of Supremacy matches it exactly at 30 defense — those two differ in what they resist and what they weigh, not in raw defense, so picking between them is a swap rather than an upgrade. The next real step is Tricorne at 37; below it is Xenolord's head at 30.
