Moon Lord Mask is not something you find lying around — you craft it, and the recipe is below.
The level 50 raid that pays this out is the Moon Lord fight, and you start it by taking a Celestial Sigil to a Summoning Altar — the mask is not sold, dug up or found in a container anywhere, so a sigil in hand is the whole entry fee. At 10% it is the rarest thing in that boss's table apart from nothing at all; the same clear rolls Legendary Meowmere at 22% and each of the four tier 2 Terraria schematics at 25%, so a run that misses the mask is still a run that paid.
Using Moon Lord Mask Well
Farm the level 50 sigil for this, not the level 80 one. Clearing the harder Celestial Sigil [Master] version of the same fight hands over the Moon Lord Statue Schematic, the tier 4 weapon schematics and a pile of Lotuses, but the mask appears nowhere in its reward table — no rate, no roll. Escalating to the Master tier removes your only route to this piece.
Stock base sigils before you commit to the farm. A level 50 clear always drops a Celestial Sigil [Master], never another basic Celestial Sigil, so the fight that gives you the mask does not refill its own key — the 10% has to be paid for with sigils you crafted or banked beforehand. Craft them from the Celestial Sigil Schematic and count on roughly ten attempts.
