Aquatic Construction Kit is not something you find lying around — you craft it, and the recipe is below.
The recipe is not something levelling alone will hand you. It sits on the Ancient side of the Technology tree at player level 66 and costs 4 Ancient Technology Points, and those only come from beating tower bosses and raid bosses — so the gate is a combat one. Reaching 66 without having cleared towers leaves the entry visible and unbuyable, and the materials are pointless until the point is spent.
Using Aquatic Construction Kit Well
As Ancient unlocks go this is a cheap one. There are 51 Ancient technologies in total and 185 points to spend across all of them, and everything else in the level 61–80 stretch asks more than this does: Triple Air Dash Boots at 65 and Triple Jump Boots at 70 are 6 points each, the Hexolite Quartz Mine at 62 is 5, the Soralite Quarry at 72 is 7. At 4 points the kit is the smallest bill in that whole run of levels, which makes it a reasonable early buy in a stretch where the mobility upgrades are competing for the same currency.
