Faleris Aqua Ring
Accessory3★Cuts incoming Fire damage on the Pal fighting with you by a wide margin, while raising their Water damage substantially.
Wearing it also carries the effects Fire Damage Reduction Lv. 4, Pal Water Damage Enhancement Lv. 4, which matters more than the raw numbers in the biomes that punish you for the wrong outfit.
It feeds no other recipe, which makes it a terminal item: craft what you will actually carry and stop there.
Details
It does not stack, so every spare copy costs an inventory slot. At 36,600 gold it is worth real money to a merchant.
Faleris Aqua Ring Crafting Recipe
Crafting it takes 85 materials across 4 types.
Where to Find Faleris Aqua Ring
The recipe is not on the Technology tree — it is locked behind a schematic you have to find first. The best single source is treasure chests in the Sunreach Isle at 2.4% per container, and the table below lists every tier and where each one drops.
Crafting this ring is gated behind holding its schematic, and the schematic has one guaranteed route plus two farmable ones. The guaranteed route is a fixed pickup — a single placed reward that hands over the schematic together with 45 Dog Coin, no roll involved and no repeat available. Everything else is a lottery. Grade 5 chests on Sunreach Isle carry it at roughly 0.15% and 0.12% per roll depending on which of the two island tables the chest belongs to, while crates on the large oil rig pay out at about 0.98%. That gap is worth reading carefully: the rig is six to eight times better per container than anything on the sky islands, so a sky-island chest run is the wrong way to chase this specific schematic even though those chests are the richer table overall. Clear the fixed pickup first, then farm the rig, and treat sky chests as a bonus rather than a plan.
Using Faleris Aqua Ring Well
Both halves sit at tier 4, which resolves to 35% incoming Fire damage reduced and 20% Water damage added — and the two halves are not wired the same way. The Water boost carries an explicit partner-only target, so it contributes nothing whenever you have no Pal out; the Fire resistance uses the same generic tier-4 resist entry that ordinary fire-resistance gear runs on, so it is not partner-gated in the same fashion. Practically that means the ring is at full value only with a Water Pal actively fighting, and the 20% applies to that Pal's damage rather than to yours, so pair it with a partner whose damage output is worth multiplying instead of a utility mount you keep out for traversal.
The recipe is accepted by the whole workshop family, not just the Production Assembly Line the recipe row names — the Line II, the Advanced Workshop and the Ancient Workbench all take it. Each rung crafts faster than the one under it, so if you have already upgraded there is no reason to rebuild an older bench for this; queue the ring on the best station your base is running. The Ancient Civilization Parts are the real bottleneck at 5 per craft, and since only one copy is ever needed to keep the recipe unlocked, a second ring is merchant fodder rather than a spare.
What Faleris Aqua Ring Does
Faleris Aqua Ring grants Fire Damage Reduction Lv. 4: Element Resist Fire +35.
Faleris Aqua Ring grants Pal Water Damage Enhancement Lv. 4: Water damage +20.
Those figures apply to the Pal out of its sphere and fighting beside you, not to your own character — the item does nothing while your team is in storage.
Schematics That Unlock Faleris Aqua Ring
Faleris Aqua Ring is not learned from the Technology tree — you need a schematic for it. One schematic grants the recipe, and they are world loot — chests, boss Pals and the late-game pools — rather than anything you research. Higher-rarity copies of the same schematic raise the quality of what you end up crafting.
Fastest route. The top-tier Faleris Aqua Ring schematic is worth hunting directly — treasure chests in the Sunreach Isle is its best source, at roughly 42 containers a copy. Schematics fuse five-to-one, so a lower tier with better odds can beat the top tier outright. Counts are containers of that source, not time.
| Schematic | Rarity | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| 3★ | Sunreach Isle treasure chests, Crates on the large oil rig, Sunreach Isle chests — best 2.4% (grade 5) |
