The recipe is not on the Technology tree — it is locked behind a schematic you have to find first. The best single source is treasure chests in the Sunreach Isle at 2.4% per container, and the table below lists every tier and where each one drops.

Crafting this ring is gated behind holding its schematic, and the schematic has one guaranteed route plus two farmable ones. The guaranteed route is a fixed pickup — a single placed reward that hands over the schematic together with 45 Dog Coin, no roll involved and no repeat available. Everything else is a lottery. Grade 5 chests on Sunreach Isle carry it at roughly 0.15% and 0.12% per roll depending on which of the two island tables the chest belongs to, while crates on the large oil rig pay out at about 0.98%. That gap is worth reading carefully: the rig is six to eight times better per container than anything on the sky islands, so a sky-island chest run is the wrong way to chase this specific schematic even though those chests are the richer table overall. Clear the fixed pickup first, then farm the rig, and treat sky chests as a bonus rather than a plan.

Using Faleris Aqua Ring Well

Each rung crafts faster than the one under it, so if you have already upgraded there is no reason to rebuild an older bench for this; queue the ring on the best station your base is running. The Ancient Civilization Parts are the real bottleneck at 5 per craft, and since only one copy is ever needed to keep the recipe unlocked, a second ring is merchant fodder rather than a spare.
