Blazamut's Talisman
Accessory3★Bolsters the Defense of whichever Pal is out fighting with you, and pushes their Fire damage up sharply.
Wearing it also carries the effects Pal Defense Up Lv. 4, Pal Fire Damage Enhancement Lv. 4, which matters more than the raw numbers in the biomes that punish you for the wrong outfit.
Nothing is crafted from it — it is an end product, so anything you make is meant to be used rather than banked as a component.

It does not stack, so every spare copy costs an inventory slot. At 38,280 gold it is worth real money to a merchant.
Blazamut's Talisman Crafting Recipe
Crafting it takes 60 materials across 4 types.
Where to Find Blazamut's Talisman
The recipe is not on the Technology tree — it is locked behind a schematic you have to find first. The best single source is treasure chests in the Sunreach Isle at 2.4% per container, and the table below lists every tier and where each one drops.
The technology tree never unlocks this. The recipe stays locked until Blazamut's Talisman Schematic is sitting in your bags, after which any production assembly line or advanced workbench can queue it. At 150,000 work it is a long craft — start it before a raid, not partway through one.
Sunreach Isle is the farm, not the oil rig. Grade-5 treasure chests in the Sunreach Skies caverns roll the schematic at roughly 2.4%, about one copy per forty pulls, against 0.98% from large oil rig crates and 0.19% from ordinary Sunreach Isle chests. If you are already running rig loops for other schematics you will get one eventually, but a Sunreach treasure route gets there more than twice as fast.
Using Blazamut's Talisman Well
The two halves are worth +20% Defense and +20% Fire damage, both sitting at rank 4 — the top rung, with no tier-2 version to chase later. Every point of it is flagged to the Pal you have deployed, so none of it reaches your own Defense and none of it is doing anything while you fight with no Pal out.
The Fire half keys off the element of the move, not the element of the Pal. A Fire Pal swinging a Neutral attack gets nothing from it, so check which moves your deployed Pal actually has slotted before you spend the accessory slot — a mono-Fire moveset is what turns the 20% into full value.
Flame Emperor's Baton carries the exact same +20% Fire boost, then trades this one's +20% Defense for +16% Attack. That is the real choice: talisman if your Pal is dying in the boss fight, baton if it is surviving fine and the fight is dragging. Cost pushes the same way — the baton wants 5 Ancient Civilization Core while this wants 10 Ancient Civilization Parts.
Before you burn ancient parts, price the cheap option: Fire Support Whistle gives +18% Fire for 2 Ancient Civilization Parts and no schematic hunt. The talisman's premium buys you 2% more Fire damage plus the +20% Defense for 8 extra Ancient Civilization Parts, which is worth it for boss and raid duty and rarely worth it for open-world clearing.
Pair it with the type chart rather than against it: the +20% stacks on top of Fire's advantage against Grass and Ice targets, so it is at its loudest on those fights and at its quietest against Water bosses, where a different partner accessory usually beats it outright.
It is one of the odd ones among partner accessories — the element rings pair a damage boost with resistance to their counter type, while the talismans swap that resistance for flat Defense. That swap is why this asks 10 Ancient Civilization Parts where the cheaper elemental options ask 2.
What Blazamut's Talisman Does
Blazamut's Talisman grants Pal Defense Up Lv. 4: Defense +20.
Blazamut's Talisman grants Pal Fire Damage Enhancement Lv. 4: Fire damage +20.
Those figures apply to the Pal out of its sphere and fighting beside you, not to your own character — the item does nothing while your team is in storage.
Schematics That Unlock Blazamut's Talisman
Blazamut's Talisman is not learned from the Technology tree — you need a schematic for it. One schematic grants the recipe, and they are world loot — chests, boss Pals and the late-game pools — rather than anything you research. Higher-rarity copies of the same schematic raise the quality of what you end up crafting.
Fastest route. The top-tier Blazamut's Talisman schematic is worth hunting directly — treasure chests in the Sunreach Isle is its best source, at roughly 42 containers a copy. Schematics fuse five-to-one, so a lower tier with better odds can beat the top tier outright. Counts are containers of that source, not time.
| Schematic | Rarity | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| 3★ | Sunreach Isle treasure chests, Crates on the large oil rig, Sunreach Isle chests — best 2.4% (grade 5) |
