Where to Find Lyleen's Talisman

The recipe is not on the Technology tree — it is locked behind a schematic you have to find first. The best single source is treasure chests in the Sunreach Isle at 2.4% per container, and the table below lists every tier and where each one drops.

Using Lyleen's Talisman Well

No tech level unlocks this one. The recipe stays hidden until the Lyleen's Talisman Schematic (Lyleen's Talisman Schematic) is sitting in your bag, and the four materials are the cheap half of the problem — 20 Refined Ingot, 30 Bone, 5 Beautiful Flower and 10 Ancient Civilization Parts are all farmable on demand. The paper is the gate.

Both passives are partner-only. If you are fighting solo with no Pal out, the talisman is dead weight in the slot — the Defense and Grass lines land on the Pal beside you, never on your own bars.

It is a two-for-one slot save at a tier the whistles cannot reach. Defense Support Whistle caps at Defense Lv. 3 for 32,400 and Grass Support Whistle caps at Grass Lv. 3 for 15,960 — two slots, both a rung short. The talisman folds both into Lv. 4 in one slot at 39,480, so it costs less than the pair and frees an accessory.

Spirit Emperor's Baton is the same item priced identically at 39,480, with Attack Lv. 4 where this has Defense Lv. 4 and the same Grass Lv. 4 boost. Baton for a damage race you expect to win, talisman for anything your Pal has to survive. If you only want the Grass half, Vaelet Ring carries the identical Grass Lv. 4 for 24,480 and throws in Earth resistance for you instead of Defense for the Pal.

Three grade 5 chest pools can cough up the schematic. Crates in the large oil rig are far and away the best roll at 0.98%, roughly one copy per 102 opens. The two Sky Island pools sit at 0.146% and 0.116% — about one per 685 and one per 859. Run the rig; the islands are six to eight times the opens for the same sheet of paper. One fixed reward in the world also hands the schematic straight over along with 40 Dog Coins, so a guaranteed copy exists if you would rather solve for it than grind chests.

What Lyleen's Talisman Does

Lyleen's Talisman grants Pal Defense Up Lv. 4: Defense +20.

Those figures apply to the Pal out of its sphere and fighting beside you, not to your own character — the item does nothing while your team is in storage.

Schematics That Unlock Lyleen's Talisman

Lyleen's Talisman is not learned from the Technology tree — you need a schematic for it. One schematic grants the recipe, and they are world loot — chests, boss Pals and the late-game pools — rather than anything you research. Higher-rarity copies of the same schematic raise the quality of what you end up crafting.

Fastest route. The top-tier Lyleen's Talisman schematic is worth hunting directly — treasure chests in the Sunreach Isle is its best source, at roughly 42 containers a copy. Schematics fuse five-to-one, so a lower tier with better odds can beat the top tier outright. Counts are containers of that source, not time.
