Using Lord of Lightning's Baton Well
The baton carries two equip passives, an Attack boost and an Electric damage boost, both at tier 4 and both flagged partner-only. Nothing here touches your own character's numbers: the bonuses land on whichever Pal is out fighting beside you, so the slot is dead weight while you have no Pal deployed.
Half the value is element-locked, so the baton only pulls its weight behind an Electric attacker. On a Pal with no Electric moves you keep the flat Attack tier and throw the rest away — a plain partner Attack accessory does the same job for far less Ancient Civilization Core.
The recipe is worth 200,000 work, so this is a long production-line job rather than something you hand-craft. Stage the Electric Organ x10 and Horn x30 first, since those are the two counts that stall the queue, and keep high-Handiwork Pals assigned for the duration.
