No amount of Technology research puts this recipe in your workbench menu — the Earth Emperor's Baton Schematic has to be sitting in your inventory before the craft appears, and that schematic is chest loot with a narrow set of addresses. Both halves of the accessory sit at rank 4 — the attack line and the Ground amplifier are each the top tier of their passive — but they are Pal-slot only, so nothing here touches your own damage. The attack half pays out on any partner you clip it to; the Ground half is checked against the element of the move that lands, which means it does nothing on a Pal whose kit has no Ground attacks. Half an epic accessory and five Ancient Civilization Cores is a bad trade, so this belongs on a dedicated Ground attacker such as Anubis rather than on whatever happens to be your strongest partner. If your best Pal is off-element, the matching baton for its own element is the stronger item even at identical rank.
