Lily Hat
Armor · ArmorHead4★A costume headpiece that copies Lily's look.
Lily Hat is an early head piece: 144th of 202 by defense, so treat it as a stepping stone, at 20 against the 650 of Ancient Helm.
No recipe takes it as an ingredient. Whatever you build is the finished article, so there is no reason to hoard spares.
Details
It does not stack, so every spare copy costs an inventory slot. At 10,000 gold it is worth real money to a merchant.
Lily Hat Crafting Recipe
Crafting it takes 1 material across 1 type.
Where to Find Lily Hat
Lily Hat is not something you find lying around — you craft it, and the recipe is below.
The hat is the guaranteed first-clear prize for beating Lily and Lyleen on Hard Mode at their tower. Beating the original level 20 pair does not pay it out, and there is no tech entry, vendor stock or chest that carries it — one rematch clear is the whole acquisition path. The lone Cloth on its recipe line is a repair cost for a hat already in your inventory, not a way to craft one.
The rematch door only opens after you have put Lily and Lyleen down on Normal Mode, at the tower you already have a fast travel point beside. Inside it is a level 80 pure Grass boss with 494,000 HP that takes only 12% of your damage — about 4.1 million raw inside the five-minute clock — with a Free Pal Alliance Believer and Judicator on the floor as well. Fire is the only element that gains on it, but three of its casts are Water at 250, 300 and 600 power, so the exact partner the fight demands is the one it is built to punish. The Lily and Lyleen hard mode guide has the team, the damage floor and every attack.
Using Lily Hat Well
20 defense and 60 HP puts this well below real endgame headgear, so wear it for the look and swap out before anything that can kill you. The reason to keep the tower on rotation after the hat is in hand is the rest of the table: a 10% roll at the Legendary Drone Launcher Schematic — 240 attack and 26,000 durability against the base craft's 200 and 6,500 — plus a guaranteed 10 to 20 Grass Radiant Gems every single clear, the best rate in the game for awakening a Grass Pal.
One of the tower-boss headpieces, each locked behind its own Hard Mode fight — Zoe Hat, Axel Hat, Marcus Hat, Victor Hat, Bjorn Hat and Saya Hat are the rest of the set.
Alternatives and Upgrades
Leezpunk Hood matches it exactly at 20 defense — those two differ in what they resist and what they weigh, not in raw defense, so picking between them is a swap rather than an upgrade. The next real step is Feathered Hair Band at 21; below it is Marcus Hat at 20.
