Victor Hat is not something you find lying around — you craft it, and the recipe is below.
The hat is a Hard Mode tower reward: beat Shadowbeak and Victor in the level 80 rematch at their tower and it lands on the reward table. The level 50 first clear does not pay it out, and there is no tech entry, vendor or chest route to it — the single Cloth on its recipe line is repair material for a hat you already own, not a way to make one.
It is the cheapest of the nine boss hats to earn. Victor's rematch has the softest effective health wall of the whole ladder — ×100 boss health against a ×0.25 damage-taken multiplier works out to roughly ×400, where Zoe's first tower sits at ×1,000 — so a freshly geared level 60 party can time this one out well before the others. Using Victor Hat Well
20 defense and 60 HP puts it well under real endgame headgear, so wear it for the look and swap back for anything dangerous. The reason to keep re-running the tower after the hat drops is the schematic slot on the same table — Victor's is Cold-Resistant Ancient Armor, at roughly one clear in ten.
Alternatives and Upgrades
